Machinery-Equipments and Buildings


Businesses can keep a list of the machinery and equipment they own or rent on Workcube, and monitor in detail the periodic maintenance plans made for these machineries and equipment and their results, by recording and controlling all movements of machinery and equipment such as selling, returning, transferring them to different locations.

 

You can transfer your records collectively to Workcube at the beginning stage from the Dashboard > System > Import > Physical Assets Import page with the excel document that you will prepare in accordance with the specified format, 

Note: You can download and check the model product file. The document to be transferred must be in accordance with the format.

 

You can list your Machinery-Equipments and Buildings on the relevant module page.

Route: Physical Assets > Machinery-Equipments and Buildings

You can add new records and update existing records with the "Add" and "Update" buttons on the Machinery-Equipments and Buildings page.




Suggestion: Perform the PAM definitions on the parameter page according to your company's needs and criteria. Depending on the property type selection, additional detail information is generated on the pages.

For example; If you choose to rent, you can enter and track the rental fee, duration, and payment period of the equipment you rented.



What Information Can I Track?

  • Tracking is provided according to property types.
  • Rental information is tracked.
  • Contract start, end, and renewal periods are tracked.
  • Purchasing or leasing company and authorized tracking are provided.
  • With process monitoring, registration, approval, and notifications stages are set up.
  • Asset category and subcategory structure are established.
  • Registered department and using department information is kept.
  • Responsible appointments are made. Responsible history is kept.
  • Equipment Debit transactions are carried out.
  • Relationships can be established with other defined assets.
  • Shared use areas are determined. Reservation options are available.
  • Barcode, Serial No, Fixed Asset No, and Special Codes are tracked.
  • Warranty tracking, service, and service staff information are kept.
  • Model, brand, and brand type breakdowns and information are kept.
  • Status, purpose of use, usage work group information are tracked.
  • Failure tracking, maintenance agreements, maintenance plans, maintenance results, and costs are tracked.
  • Task assignments are made for your Machinery-Equipments and Buildings, task histories are followed.
  • Digital documents can be attached, scanned documents are associated.
  • All machine-equipments and buildings viewing, saving in Word, Excel, and PDF format are provided.
