Cloud PBX(Virtual Switchboard) Integration

Workcube works with licensed fixed telephone service providers in different countries. Working with Verimor in Turkey. In order to use this integration with the Cloud PBX(Virtual Switchboard), you must first define the company flow parameters.

Company flow Parameters.

  1. CTI Integration? (Yes)
  2. You must enter the API Key (key) provided by Verimor under the API Key (https://oim.verimor.com.tr/ > Online Transaction Center > My Cloud Exchange > My Switchboard Settings).

        Employee Detail

  1. Since only authorized agents will initiate or receive a call, you must add the extension numbers to the employees. Add the extensions whose personnel settings you have completed from the Verimor screen to the employee extension from the employee detail page.
  2. Also, specify the 'Extension phone type' of the employee. When Webphone is selected, the phone loads on the objects.phone page. If Mobile is selected, it will not be installed, you can use the features provided by the integration from your fixed phone.

Usage

Employees whose extension numbers are entered can initiate a call. They can receive incoming calls.
Call records, extensions, contacts are listed on the call.phone screen.
Address book, webphone, and contacts are available on the objects.phone screen.
When the call comes in, the system searches the number that sent the call, in the contacts.
The incoming number is searched in the corporate and individual accounts-members database.
Contacts matching the incoming number are listed. By clicking on the contact person, transactions are made with the detailed call welcome screen.
