Block Groups
These Block Groups defined on current cards are control mechanisms that automate financial risk management and operational discipline. Thanks to the defined block groups, financial and operational rules are processed automatically by the system, without the need for personnel to take initiative. It is the primary parameter of blocking operations. First, groups are defined, process arrangements are made and added to the main display file, and then blocking operations are entered. After all these arrangements, risk management is ensured by stopping the creation of an erroneous order or an unauthorized offer at the very beginning.
Path: Control Panel > System > Parameters > Multi Level Marketing > Block Groups
A name is given to the block group to be created. Generally, a short explanation or definition of the reason for blocking is written.
- Can Only Order by Credit Card: Only "credit card" payment method can be selected for orders to be recorded with the blocked corporate member. Prohibits other payment methods. This option takes away the current account's ability to work on an open account (deferred deposit). It is preferred for customers with high financial risk or irregular payment habits.
- Cannot Place Orders: It is one of the most definitive restriction methods. Saving a sales order with a blocked current account is prevented. If this option is selected, when you want to enter an order, the warning "The selected member is blocked. Contact the accounting unit!" will appear.
- Cannot receive bonus: Sales representative is a critical setting for structures operating with a bonus system. With the blocked client, premium calculation or quota targets cannot be determined from the sales quotas and premiums page.
- Cannot Record: In the B2B interface, the client cannot place direct orders, etc.
- Cannot Place Orders on Behalf of the Group: In Workcube's hierarchical (Holding-Branch-Group) structure, it restricts a client from making transactions on behalf of the parent group or other group companies to which it is affiliated.
- Cannot Login to Defined Sites: Since Workcube offers multi-site support, it determines which B2B or B2C portals a client can access. (Development and integration service required)
- Cannot Make Offer: Used in pre-sales processes. While creating the offer, registration with a blocked corporate or individual member will be prevented. It gives the same warning as the order.
Tip: If the "Cannot record" box is selected when defining block groups, any records related to the relevant member will be prevented from being entered in the system. For registration restrictions based on the "Order" or "Offer" page, the "Cannot Make an Offer" or "Cannot Place an Order" boxes must be checked.
