Laboratory Operations
Laboratory operations, health, chemistry, etc. It is a series of steps taken to obtain and analyze data in sectors. These processes can vary greatly depending on the equipment and methods used. Not only the durability and appearance of the product are important. For example: fabric that does not shrink, is not easy to wear and pilling, is more useful. Breathable and moisture-wicking fabrics enable consumers to be healthier and more comfortable. Therefore, the tests are performed under certain standards. Laboratory Operations job function is used to control the model/sample sample to be produced and the raw materials required for production.

Laboratory Operations Listing
Listing You can search by selecting the test definition and procedure in the analysis method on the screen.
- Current Account: If the laboratory process is carried out based on a certain current account, the tests related to this current account are listed.
- Analyzer: The person who performs the analysis is selected as the person who performs the testing process and the tests he/she performs are listed.
- Sample Purchase Date: The purchase date of the model test. The tests are listed by entering them.
- Analysis Date: Relevant tests are listed by indicating the test start and end dates.
Laboratory Procedures Record
The location through which the operations will be carried out, by whom they will be requested and which tests will be performed. is determined.

- Lab Report Number: The unique number assigned to the laboratory report The document number defined in the General Settings > Document Number field is automatically displayed.
- Location: The location information where the transactions will be carried out is entered.
- Company Name: The relevant Corporate Account is selected for the company on behalf of which this transaction will be carried out.
- Mine-Sample: The sample to be sampled is selected.
- Model Product:The product model to which the sample belongs
- Waste:Indicates whether the sample is waste or not and the waste type is selected.
- Sample Information: Sample information about the samples to be taken is entered. Sample Collector, Sample Collection Date, Sample Acceptance Date, Sample Name & Description, Sample Collection Location, Sample Collection Point.
- Analysis Information: Analysis information is entered for the transactions. Analysis Requester, Analysis Start Date, Analysis End Date: 27/03/2025 (Date the analysis will end)
Hint: Mine-Sample, Model Product and Waste fields can be closed depending on the xml.
After filling in the required fields regarding the process of the test, the desired tests and procedures are added in the "Test Process and Parameters" section. Quality control definitions appear on the page that opens, and more than one definition can be added by selecting it.
- The amount of the model to be tested is determined. Standard values determined for test definitions are entered. Lower and upper values are determined for the model. The reason for this is that the test result is determined by these values.
- Details of the test result can be written in the field where the test report is located.
- The model to be tested within the defined test definitions is performed in the "Model Purchasing from Stock" section. In this section, the model is selected by clicking on the plus icon.
Attention:Quality and control test definitions include test operations with defined parameters.
