Candidate Evaluation Report
The candidate evaluation report lists the competencies, experience and suitability of the candidates interviewed during a recruitment process. This report allows the interviewer (HR specialist or department manager) to present his observations about the candidate to decision makers by basing them on concrete data.

In order for data to be included in the report, advertisements and selection lists must be pre-recorded. Assessment and evaluation forms must be attached to the applications and evaluations must be made on a candidate basis. The results obtained from the evaluation forms and the current status of the candidates can be monitored on this screen.
Usage and Search Criteria
- Advertising: Used to filter according to a specific job posting that the candidate has applied for.
- Selection List: Reporting on the basis of candidate pools or special selection lists in which candidates are included. provides.
- Date Range: Allows querying based on application or evaluation dates.
- Status: Listing can be made according to whether the records are active or inactive.
Report Columns and Data Content
- Candidate Information: It extracts data from the Name-Surname information recorded in the candidate's CV.
- Advertisement Applied for: Advertisements are published in one of the intranet, extranet or internet selections. Applications can be made through whatever channel this advertisement is published. The name of the published advertisement appears.
- Application Date: The date the candidate applied for the advertisement appears.
- Resume Status: The selection made for the candidate is reflected in the selection list detail. Definitions are made through Parameters > CV Evaluation Categories.
- Selection List: The selection list to which the candidate is affiliated is displayed.
- Status: It draws data from the process-stage field of the Selection List.
- Evaluation Date:The date on which the assessment and evaluation form was made for the candidate is displayed.
- Evaluator: The name of the person written in the "Information Receiver" section appears in the assessment and evaluation form filled out for the candidate.
- Evaluation Name: The assessment and evaluation form appears. In order for the forms to arrive here, the Type must be Recruitment and Form Flow Measurement and Evaluation.
- Evaluation Score: The score the candidate received in the filled form.
- E-mail: It is checked whether informative e-mails about the process are sent to the candidate through the selection list. Sent/Not Sent.
Additional Features
With the Get Excel option on the report screen, all listed data can be downloaded in table format and used for external analysis. In addition to filter options, column-based searches can be made with the table search feature in the columns.
Feedback
It provides collective reporting of the evaluations made for the candidate according to the advertisement given and the selected selection lists.
Candidate Evaluation Report
Added/Edited Function:The following improvements have been made regarding Standard Reports > HR - HR Reports > Candidate Evaluation Report.
- MDF nomenclature has been changed and Measurement Evaluation Form has been created.
- Type Recruitment and Form Flow Measurement Evaluation forms have been enabled.
- CV Color Status field has been replaced with naming instead of visual.
- HR Application. Those who were not included in the selection list but were included in the selection list later were also reflected in the report.
- If there was more than one evaluation for the candidate, it was ensured that they were included in a separate line.
Benefit:The report was used more effectively.
