Education and Experience Information Report
The Education and Experience Information Report, which systematically summarizes an employee's educational history, certifications received, courses attended, previous work experiences and the skills acquired in these experiences, is a critical HR tool. The report is used to conduct detailed analysis, obtain information about the employee, as well as to understand the suitability of the employee for his/her current role and potential future duties.
Path: BI-Report > Standard Reports > HR - HR Reports > Planning
The report is not only a record keeping tool, but also a tool that enables the company to use human capital in the most efficient way and manage talent strategically. It pulls the report data from the information in the Education-Work Experience tab in the detail of the Employees job function under Role Planning.

Filter options and the data produced by the report vary depending on the choice of report type (education, work experience, foreign language). Criteria Date range selection is based on the employee's entry and exit date. Therefore, reporting by keeping the date wide will allow more data to be received.
XML Settings
- Should Parent Department Level Information Be Displayed?: If a hierarchy has been set up as a parent-child department, this selection is set to yes. By selecting Yes, the Graded Department column will appear.
- Should Foreign Language Document Name be displayed Parametrically?: The same xml setting is also available in the Employee Detail > Education-Work Experience tab. If it is to be used, the same setting must be selected for both business functions in order for the report to produce healthy data.
- If selected as Yes , it returns to the parametric structure. It must be defined in advance in the Foreign Language Documents field in the parameters and these parameters must be selected in the employee detail. For example; TOEFL, YÖK etc. It can be defined as
- No If selected, there will be no parametric definition in the foreign language document field in the employee detail and the desired text can be written manually. Therefore, this information comes directly to the report.
