The Training Management module within Workcube enables institutions to centrally manage all their training activities and carry out their training easily. Thanks to the question bank screen, users can enter questions into the system based on category and subject, and a question pool can be created for the exams to be held for the trainings.

Question Bank Page General Structure and Screen Operation

The Question Bank screen contains questions related to the subjects. It allows instructors to enter questions on points they care about about the courses and eventually create a question pool. If desired, the questions in this pool can be added to the exams when creating an exam.

If you want to add the questions added to the question bank to the exams, click on the "Add questions from the question bank" field in the exam details. For more detailed information on the subject, you can review the "Exams" document.

Search filter: Questions are searched according to the words in them.
Category: Filtering is done according to the category of the question.
Section: Filtering is done according to the section of the question.
Topic: Filtering is done according to the subject of the question.
Status filter: Active/Passive status filtering is done: If desired, they can be filtered by selecting all of them without separating them.
Number of results: Enter the number of results to be brought on a page.
Adding a new question: By clicking on the + icon, you can go to the new question adding screen.
Export and viewing: There are options to export or display the results on the page.
Question detail: By clicking on the question, you can access detailed information about it.
Person detail: By clicking on the name of the person who recorded the question, you can go to the person detail.
Edit: By clicking on the pencil icon, you can go to the question editing screen.

The new question adding and editing screens are as follows:

Status filter: Active/Passive status selection is made.
Category: Question category is selected.
Section: Question section is selected.
Subject: The subject of the question is selected.
Question entry: Question and explanation are entered.
Question duration: Duration in minutes is entered for the question.
Question score: Points are assigned to the question.
Number of choices: The number of choices to appear in the answer section is determined.
Chance entry: Choices can be added as text, visuals or both. If you want to add an image, click on the select file button. The correct answer field below is marked for the correct answer, and the wrong answer field is marked for incorrect answers.
