Leaves and Severance Information Transactions
Workcube Leaves and Severance Information Transactions refers to the area where data can be transferred to the system for modules such as Leave entry and Seniority calculations for employees in your organization.
Attention: This function of Workcube allows it to be used only by the employees you authorize.
Adding Leave
Path:HR - HR > Personnel-Payroll > Wage Management and on the Personnel > Leaves and Severance Procedures page, click + and select the transaction category to which leave will be added.


- Do not appear in scorecard: If this check box is clicked, it means that the relevant leave record will not be included in the scorecard calculation.
- Employee: It refers to the field where the employee is selected by entering the employee's name and surname information.
- Process: It refers to the field where the process stages defined for the permissions screen are selected in the processes.
- Category: It refers to the field where which type of leave is selected to be defined for the employee.
- Leave Progress Payment. Date: If there is a vesting date for any of the leave types, it refers to the field in which it is selected.
- Start: It refers to the field where the start date of the leave is entered.
- End: It refers to the field where the end date of the leave is entered.
- Starting Work: It refers to the field where the date the employee will start work is selected.
- Phone to be Reached on Leave: It refers to the field where the employee's private number is entered.
- Time to Be Reached During Leave. Address: It refers to the field where the employee's whereabouts will be written on the dates he/she is on leave.
- Description: It refers to the field where a description can be written if it is desired to write a description about the relevant leave record.
- File: It refers to the field where the file to be uploaded is added.
Attention: Fields with an asterisk are required to be filled. If it is not filled in, registration will not be done.
When we selected the fields whose data we want to receive entered into the system during the permissions registration stage, we saw the relevant data on the screen. Now, when we want to see the data entered in "Permissions", we can look at the permissions transactions by listing them.

Note: When we want to re-edit the saved permissions, the permission we have previously saved will appear on the screen by clicking on the pencil icon and after making the desired changes, click the save button again. must be printed.
Note 2: By making bulk selection via the selection boxes on the listing screen, it provides the opportunity to download the permissions you have selected via the file icon.
Permission Planning Addition
Path:HR - HR > Personnel-Payroll > Wage Management and Personnel > Leaves and Severance ProceduresClick on the Page icon on the Page icon and select the transaction categories to which mass leave will be added.


- Company: It refers to the field in which leave is selected for the company's employees.
- Branch: It refers to the field in which leave is selected for the branch employees. It refers to the field.
- Department: It refers to the field where the leave for which department employees will be entered is selected.
- Leave Days: It refers to the field where the number of days of leave to be entered in case of a collective or single leave record is selected. Note: Without selecting this field, it calculates the day between the start and end dates in the leave day field number 18 and brings it to field number 18.
- Collective Date Addition: It represents the definition field for all employees by selecting the date of leave for all employees in this field.
- H and Min: It refers to the field where the hour and minute are selected.
- Mass Date Addition: It refers to the field where all employees select the date on which their leave will end and define it for all employees in this field.
- H and Min: It refers to the field where the hour and minute of the end date of the leave are selected.
- "+" and "-" Icons: The "+" icon indicates adding a new employee. The "-" icon means deleting the added employee from the list.
- Employee: If you want to add a new employee, it means adding it from this field.
- Tc Number: This field appears automatically when the employee is selected and added.
- Branch/Department: Once the employee is selected and added, this field appears automatically. When added, this field appears automatically.
- Employment Date: It refers to the field where the employee's starting date is selected.
- Start Date: It refers to the field where the date the employee goes on leave is selected on an employee basis.
- Start Time: It refers to the field where the employee's starting time on the day they go on leave is selected.
- End Date: It refers to the field where the date on which the employee's leave ends is selected on an employee basis.
- End Time: It refers to the field where the end time of the work on the day the employee's leave ends is selected.
- Leave Day: If the employee's start and end dates are selected, the number of leave days is automatically selected.
- Used - Remaining: This field indicates the number of leave days used and stayed by the employee.
- Leave Category: It refers to the field where the leave category of the employee is selected.
Note: This field should be selected if the Leaves assigned to employees are not wanted to be included in the payroll calculation.
Note 2: Changes to be made in fields 1 and 8 will affect all employees. However, all changes made between 9 and 20 will only affect that employee.
Adding Seniority Information
Path:HR - HR > Personnel-Payroll > Wage Management and Personnel > The transaction category to be transferred must be selected by clicking + on the Severance Information Transactions page.


- Branch: It refers to the area where the branch where the employee works is selected.
- Relevant Company: It refers to the field in which the employee is written, from which company the employee was discharged.
- Employee: It refers to the field from which the employee was selected.
- Start Date: It refers to the field where the employee's starting date is written.
- End Date: It refers to the field where the employee's termination date is written.
- Seniority Fee Paid: If the severance fee has been paid to the employee, this is the selection box. should be clicked.
- Severance Pay Amount: It refers to the field where the severance pay the employee deserves is written.
- Number of Working Days: It refers to the field where the number of days worked by the employee is written.
- Number of Leave Days Used: It refers to the field where the annual leave days taken by the employee during his employment are written.
- Description: If an explanation about the record is desired, it refers to the field to be written.
- Save: The above operations mean saving the relevant data to the system after all the stages are completed.
When we selected the fields whose data we want to receive entered into the system at the Severance Information stage, we saw the relevant data on the screen. Now, when we want to see the data entered in "Seniority Information", we can look at it by listing the Severance Information Transactions.
