Promotions
Workcube Promotion Module allows you to create and update different price lists for different customer categories, and to prepare and announce special promotions for customer groups with the promotion tool.

Promotion management works directly integrated with the sales module. Promotions defined in the sales module are queried in the order records and the results are immediately displayed on the order page.
The subject of the promotion may be order quantity, order size, instant discount, products and shopping cart content. It allows direct control over the presentation and promotion of the product by separating the product and content from the layout.

The list of promotions registered in the system is published on this page. It is also possible to define new promotions from this screen. To define a new promotion, click on the red "+" icon on the screen. You will see the "Promotion Addition Screen".
Note: If you click on the "+" icon marked in blue, you will see the bulk promotion adding screen.
Adding a Promotion

1-General Promotion Information;
Active: In order for the campaign to be used actively (to be processed) for) Check the Active box.
Subject: Type the Subject (header information) for the promotion. Example: Campaign 2013
Process: Select the process information defined in this field (Stages may vary depending on company processes. (E.g. initial registration / first registration>sales confirmation etc.)
Supplier: In the Supplier field, click on the icon next to it to select which supplier you provide your promotional product from and select the relevant member from the list of members that appears.
Campaign: The campaign field refers to the campaign that the promotion is associated with. Click on the icon on the right side of this field and select the relevant campaign from the promotions screen that appears.
Note: If the promotion is not within the scope of a campaign, you should not take any action in this field.
Catalog: The catalog it will be included in. is selected.
Description: You can add a description for the promotion.
Sales Limit-Target: To set a Sales Limit or Target, write the number you specify in this field.
User-Friendly URL: User-friendly URL is entered in this field.
Banner ID: Banner ID is entered.
Promotion Code: Promotion code is entered.
2-Conditions;
Start Date: Specify the promotion start date and start time.
End Date: Specify the end date and end time of the promotion validity.
Promotion Type: Select the promotion type. Depending on your selection here, the promotion can be applied to the line, total or periodically.
Shopping Amount: This field represents the shopping amount on which the promotion is based.
In case of an order higher than the value entered here, the promotion calculation is made automatically by the system and is displayed on the order page.
Shopping amount is expressed in units or amounts.
Where "Unit" is the unit of the product to which the promotion is related.
"Amount" is detected in the main currency (e.g. TL) that the system recognizes and
If the promotion calculation will be made based on the product unit, select the first field "unit" and write the minimum shopping amount required to qualify for the promotion. If the promotion calculation will be made based on the shopping amount, select the first field "amount" and write the minimum shopping amount required to qualify for the promotion according to the system currency.
Note: In both cases, write the numbers without any spaces or signs.
Price List: The Price List field is used to select which price list the promotion will be applied to. Click on the field and select the price list on which the promotion will be calculated. If you do not take any action in this field, the system will calculate the price on the standard sales price.
Card Type: Card type is selected.
Product Category: In this field, you can select the product category for which the promotion will apply. Click on the icon next to this field. Click on the link of the relevant category on the categories page that appears. Product categories, ERP > Sales-Distribution > Product and Stocks > Product Category. It is set in Management .
Brand: In this field, you can select the brand for which the promotion will be valid. Brands are set in Control Panel > System > Parameters.
Product: In this field, you can select the product for which the promotion will be valid.
All Products: By selecting this box, the promotion will be applied to all products.
3-Instant Gains and Next Purchases Earnings;
Earn a Discount: The percentage of earning a discount is specified.
Win the Same Product: Enter how many units of the same product you will win.
Win a Special Product: With all the details of which special product you will win along with this product.
Shopping Coupon: Which shopping coupon will be purchased is indicated.
Money Points: The amount of money points to be earned is entered.
Note: Free products, gifts and points are multiplied by multiples of the minimum shopping amount and It is displayed on the order page. In other words, if the order amount is three times the specified minimum shopping amount, the customer will receive three free products, gifts or triple points.
4- Icon
Promotion Icon The icon selected here allows you to select the icon that will be used to draw attention to the promotion on the website, along with the product information on all pages where the product is located in the public or partner portal managed by WorkCube.
Note: If you want to display a Special Code in the promotion detail or make some similar settings, do not forget to check the Click on the icon. In addition to the fields on the Promotion definition page, there is a Promotion Number on the Promotion Update page.
After each change and addition to all fields, the "Update" button should be pressed.
Adding Bulk Promotion
For more than one product, Workcube It allows you to define promotional information at once. To do this, click on the "+" icon on the right side of the dark line on the screen. You will see the bulk promotion adding screen. should be added;
1-Check the Active box so that the campaign can be actively used (transacted).
2-Process: Select the process information defined in this field (Stages vary according to company processes
3-Campaign: The campaign field refers to the campaign that the promotion is associated with. Click on the icon on the right side of this field and select the relevant campaign from the promotions screen that appears.
Note: If the promotion is not within the scope of a campaign, no action is taken in this field.
4-Explanation: You can add a description for the promotion.
5-Add the products included in the promotion to the basket area.
All the information you specify in the fields at the top of the basket area will be reflected on all the products you add to the basket at the same time. Thus, you will be able to process many products at once on lines that require different information/conditions. You can also make changes.
Bulk Promotion Update;

To update the bulk promotion, click on the "Update" icon on the right side of the relevant line from the promotions listed on the promotion page. The promotion update page will appear.
On this screen, you can add new products to the basket using the "+" icon or remove products from the basket and update the information. After making the relevant updates, click the "Update" button. To delete the promotion, click the "Delete" button.
