Visit Results
Visit plans are created for employees in Workcube. Sales meetings, purchasing meetings, etc. with customers, business partners and suppliers. Visit plans are arranged. The results of the visits made by the employees can be accessed as soon as the visits are completed.
Path:CRM > Sales and Marketing > Sales Opportunities > Visit Results
Note: As the planned visits occur, the visiting users can create results related to the meeting. The costs of the plans can be reported by entering the expenses related to the visit.
Visit results are added from the detail of the visit screen. Collectively, the results are listed on the visit results screen and updates are made.

Listing

- On the listing screen, you can search with the search icon by entering the date field or the visited customer information and the reason for the visit in the filtering options.
- If desired, all visit results can be listed without filtering.
- What types of visits were made on a per-person basis can be displayed.
Attention: Visit reasons are added and updated via the Control Panel > SYSTEM > Parameters > Visit Reason screen.
By clicking on the icon in the list, you can go to the details of the visit result.
Update Screen

- The result of the visit can be turned into action. For example, if there is a product demand as a result of the visit, it can be turned into an opportunity or offer.
- It can then be converted into a sales order.
- Redirection to the relevant unit can be made by making a job assignment.
In addition to viewing basic information, information about the result of this visit can be added from the Additional Information tab.
Attention: In the top menu, Interaction, Opportunity, To obtain detailed information about the Call, Order and Offer screens, it is recommended that you read the documents named "Interactions", "Opportunities", "Call Center Applications", "Sales Order", "Sales Offers" respectively.
Feedback
It allows the results of customer visits to be recorded in the system in detail. Field teams can easily enter important information about each visit, interviews held, notes taken and conclusions reached into the system.
