1. On which screen is the KMH application made?
KMH application is initiated through the Registration Procedures screen. On this screen, the student's records are listed. The line for the student to be applied for is opened and the detail screen is displayed.

On the Registration Transactions screen, the student's records are listed and the relevant record is selected to move to the detail screen.
2. The registration to be applied for is opened
On the registration detail screen, information such as student, parent, academic year, campus, level, class, offer and payment method are displayed. This information must be accurate and up-to-date before starting the KMH application.
KMH application cannot be made directly from a blank screen. The process proceeds through an existing Registration Process record.

Basic information about the application and fields supporting the process are displayed on the registration detail screen.
3. New registration information is edited if necessary
In the new registration process, student, parent, academic year, campus, level, class, date and offer information are entered or checked. These fields constitute the basic data of the registration process.

Basic registration information that will be the basis for the application is defined on the new registration screen.
4. The bank approval process is started
The Start Bank Approval Process link is clicked on the KMH Result field on the right side of the registration detail screen. This link opens the overdraft application screen to be sent to the bank.
This step is the point where the overdraft process is initiated through the system. By clicking on the relevant link, the user accesses the student's overdraft application form.

5. Overdraft application information is checked
Student, parent, school and amount information is displayed in the KMH Application window that opens. After checking these fields, the user submits the application by pressing the Request Overdraft from Bank button.
The following information is included on the overdraft application screen:
Student Name and Surname
Student ID Number
Parent ID Number
Student Number
Bank Code
School Name
School Tax Number
School Period
Campus Code
Amount
These fields come automatically from the application, offer and campus information in the system. After checking the information, the user submits the application to the bank.

The information to be sent to the bank is displayed on the KMH Application screen and the process is completed with the Request KMH from the Bank button.
6. The application is sent
After the information is checked, Request Overdraft from the Bank button is pressed. The system transmits the necessary information to the bank integration. When the application is processed successfully, the process becomes trackable on the system.

When the overdraft request is successfully sent to the bank, the system displays the transaction successful message to the user and informs the user that the record has been created.

After the successful transaction, the system can also send an information e-mail to the relevant parent or authorized person. Through this e-mail, the user can access the link to continue the process at the bank.
7. Things to consider before application
It is recommended to check the following information before application:
Student and parent information must be complete.
Campus, semester and class information must be selected correctly.
Amount and bank code check
The application must be initiated through an existing registration process.
The process may not be completed if there is missing or incorrect information.
Result
KMH application is initiated by opening the relevant student record on the Registration Procedures screen. The overdraft application screen can be accessed via the Start Bank Approval Process link on the right panel. After the necessary information is checked, the application is forwarded to the bank and the process is followed through the system.
