Securities Import
Securities must be defined in order to use the system in the Securities module. An institution may have hundreds or thousands of securities. Instead of processing all of them into the system one by one, it is possible to define them directly to the system by preparing an import file containing the information of all securities.
Path:Control Panel > System > Import
Attention: When using import transactions under the Securities module, the prepared file must have a csv extension and must be prepared in full compliance with the specified format. Otherwise, the system issues a warning.
In the Securities module, in addition to keeping the data of existing securities, securities buying and selling transactions can also be carried out. Securities Movements, Securities Value Increase and Decrease and Securities Returns functions are also available under this module.
These functions can be used after processing the institution's securities into the system.
Securities Transfer
After the installation, if all the existing securities of the institution are desired to be transferred to the system in bulk, securities transfer. page is used. Here, the file extension and general format information about the import file are of great importance. If a file suitable for the format specified here is not prepared, the system gives a warning after clicking the save button.

Note: Information on the general use and functions of this module can be obtained by reading the article titled "Securities".
Current Value of Securities. Transfer
After the securities are processed into the system, their current values can be imported into the system. Fields such as security ID information, value and date of the security are specified in the csv file.
