Training Requests
Training Requests are used so that personnel who want to benefit from training within the business can request training and follow the training processes.

Workcube supports businesses to be sensitive about training. and, taking into account the needs in this regard, has developed applications regarding education management. Some of the most important of these are the screens where users can request the training they need for their own development and keep track of their requests.
My Training Requests Screen Structure and Functioning
Training Requests screen on the HR portal so that system users can quickly request the training they need from the system.

- Catalog Status: The trainings in the catalog refer to the trainings currently provided by the company. Users who need a training that is not in the catalog can save the relevant training request after selecting the relevant option and filling in the location, total hours, trainer/company and cost information fields that appear on the screen.
- Process: While recording the training request, the process field is selected as "registration". Afterwards, the requests entered go through processes such as review and approval according to the operation.
- Training: The name of the requested training is entered.
- Purpose: Information such as the purpose of the training request and the contributions it will provide are added.
- Start Date: The start date of the relevant training is selected.
- End Date: The end date of the training is selected.
- Requester: The user name and position type requesting the training are automatically brought by the system.
- Explanation: Extra explanations to be specified regarding the training request are entered in this field.
- Participants: The list of participants of the training is in this field. appears.
- List Icon: Goes to the detail screen of the user's education information registered in the system. Information about the courses attended, courses that are finalized to be attended, training requests, annual training requests and training requests awaiting approval are accessed.

Requesting training The Training Requests screen is used so that users can track the status of their requests and for authorized persons to view their training requests and take them to the review and approval stage.

- Requester: By clicking on the name of the requester, details of the user's training information are displayed. Information such as the courses attended, the courses that have been confirmed to be attended and the trainings that need to be taken can be accessed.
- Training: By clicking on the relevant training name, the user can go to the details of the training request entered for that training. Authorized persons can approve training requests in this area. This process can also be performed by clicking on the pencil icon to the right of the list.
- Stage: The stage of the training request is tracked in this area. Users can attend relevant trainings for training requests at the approval stage.
- Export and Viewing: From this area, the Training Requests list can be exported and displayed in the desired format.
Feedback
It is used to list training requests made by employees via intranet transactions and to track training processes.
