Health Documents
Health documents related to the employee are added via this page. In this way, the documents of Health and Safety Transactions are stored holistically.

Attention: In order to perform operations on this page, the user must be authorized in the Health and Safety Transactions module.
Attention 2: Transaction categories must be defined correctly.
Attention 3:Defining processes, parameters and templates are the primary operations for the proper use of this page.
Health Certificate List
Search results can be filtered by specifying Branch and Date ranges. Apart from updating health documents and adding new ones, the relevant health document can be printed out of the system with the print icon.
Type: Correctly defining the template allows the documents to be quickly printed in a certain format.

Health Certificate. Adding
Clicking the "+" icon while on the listing screen opens the new health certificate registration screen.
The details of the health certificate to be created are given through this screen.
First of all, the employee to whom the health certificate will be added is selected. After the details about the employee are given here, the date of issue of the document, the detail related to the document and the document number are entered into the relevant fields.
Then click on the "Save" button and this document is saved in the system.
