Financial Statement Definition
The daily, weekly, monthly and as a result of all the annual income and expense statements of a business are called financial statements. Table definitions are added for special financial reporting transactions in the Workcube Financial Statement Definition screen.

Listing Screen

Definitions related to filter options are listed in the search section on the listing screen.

Registration Screen

1. In this section, the table name is entered for the special definition. A selection is made from financial statement types. Type options are saved in system setup. Editing person and date fields are required. Information such as for the six-month income statement can be entered in the description section.
2. After saving the first section, lines are added with the plus icon. Account selections for calculations are made in the line. Account selection is selected from the account code section. The table code to which we will link the account is entered. The table is numbered. It is determined whether the table will be shown as debtor or creditor.
Attention: In order to perform transactions on screens such as currents, stocks, products and fixed assets, transaction types must be determined in addition to accounting definitions. It is added via Control Panel > Process Categories. Operations cannot be performed on the modules without selecting the transaction categories one by one and determining the parameters. Even if the transaction is made, the registration process will not be correct.
