Measurement and Evaluation Forms
Workcube performance management allows you to create measurement and evaluation forms with an unlimited number and content. You can associate the forms you create with periods, positions and position categories. With the Performance Evaluation System, you can increase the competency levels of your employees and perform competency-based performance measurement and evaluation.

HR Forms

- You can differentiate the effects of the results in the form on the result score as a percentage.
- In the evaluation processes, by selecting the evaluators for your company from the Employee, Opinion, 1st Supervisor stages, the impact of each evaluator on the result score is arranged as a percentage weight.
- The arrangement is made by selecting the date range in which the form will be validand the position types to which the form will be applied .
Sections - Questions

Section-Questions field defines the questions you will ask the employee during the evaluation process.
You can personalize the questions by selecting Multiple, Single, Text Type by clicking on the question you define.

Assessment and Evaluation Forms
To evaluate the form you define;
Path: HR>HR>Measurement and Evaluation Forms

You can record the evaluation by clicking on the plus button and the employee you will evaluate and the evaluation form to be applied to the employee.
This registration you make will be defined in the employee card of the relevant employee.
Path: HR-HR > Planning > Employee Information > Employees
Then, go to the employee card of the relevant employee, evaluate the form selected for the employee and save it.

Evaluation Form Approval
Path: HR - HR > Recruitment > Recruitment > Evaluation Form Approval page, select the relevant fields and click on the "Magnifier" icon to access the desired information.

- Approval Status: It refers to the field in which the process that is desired to be displayed in the evaluation forms is selected.
- Selection Areas: The first icon represents the file download types. The second icon represents the area where the data that is not wanted to appear on the relevant page is selected.
- Editing:It indicates the editing of the relevant evaluation form.
