Shifts
Shift is the name given to the workers working in a workplace in turns. The shift system is used to determine which work type will be between certain hours of a full day.
When you click on the "+" icon on the Shifts screen, a new record screen will appear. From this screen, type the name of the shift and click the "Save" button.

Then the update screen will open where you can enter the details of the shift;

- Shift: The name of the shift you saved.
- Validity Date:It is used to determine the dates between which the shift you have registered in the system will be valid.
- Work Status:It is used to determine the status of the periods specified in the Saturday Shift, Pre-Shift Overtime and Post-Shift Overtime fields.
- Shift Interval: It is used to determine which hours during the day the shift will be valid.
- Saturday Shift: It is used to determine the shift in different time intervals for the weekend.
- Pre-Shift Overtime:It determines which time period outside the Shift Interval and before the start time of the shift interval is determined as overtime. During this period, the working hours of the employees are reflected in the payroll as overtime.
- Overtime After Shift: It determines which time period outside the Shift Interval and after the end time of the shift interval is determined as overtime. During this period, the working hours of the employees are reflected in the payroll as overtime.
- Week Break: A selection is made to determine which day the week-break will be.
- Daily:It is used to complete the time you have determined by writing in the box and the excess of this time to 7.5 hours. For example, if you have written 6 in the box, the system will perceive this as 7.5 hours and complete the working time to 1 day.
- Daily: It will calculate the time you have specified by writing in the box and the time below this time as overtime.
- When the "Exit after 24 should be included in the previous day" box is checked: Work done after 12 o'clock at night It ensures that the outputs are added to the previous day, not to the current day. In places working with an attendance control system, this field is reflected in the payroll.
- "When the "Deduct the following periods from overtime" box is checked, the periods are deducted from the overtime in line with the definitions in this field and are reflected in the payroll in this way.
