Warnings
With Workcube Warnings, the disciplinary actions to be taken for the employees in the organization are determined by the superiors, on what grounds, what type of disciplinary penalty and punishment equivalent, and the sanctions to be imposed on the employee.
Attention:This function of Workcube can only be used by employees you authorize.
Use of Warnings Purpose
It refers to the sanctions to be imposed on employees in cases where employees do not perform the duties for which they are responsible to employers as a result of the rules and regulations determined by companies or organizations, do not comply with regulations and procedures, act immorally or knowingly cause harm to the employer.
It is used by existing disciplinary committees in companies to record on employee cards the punishments received according to the types of punishments such as what they have done, what punishment they have received for what reason, whether there is a financial equivalent (wage deduction), suspension or reprimand.

The first step to create a disciplinary action is to define "Disciplinary Penalty Types".
To create a disciplinary action, you must first follow the Path: HR-HR > Other HR > Disciplinary and Other Actions > Disciplinary Penalty Types To record a new disciplinary penalty type, click on the "+" icon on the screen. should be clicked.

The second step that needs to be done is discipline.


1. Active/Passive: Selecting whether the relevant record is active/passive.
2. Subject: This is the place where the name of the type subject to punishment is written.
3. Type: This is the field where the penalty types defined in the system are selected.
4. Date: Date selection is made.
5. Process: It is the selection of process stages defined in the system.
6. Transaction Number: The system automatically gives the number.
7. Processed by: This is the department where the employee who makes the registration is selected.
8. Action Taken: This is the section where the employee who is punished is selected.
9. Special Definition: If there is a special definition about the deduction, this is the field where it is written.
10. Interruption Type: This is where one of the interruption types in the interrupt definitions is selected.
11. Disciplinary Penalty Deduction: This is the area where it is determined how many deductions will be made and in what proportions.
12. Check Boxes: This is the area where the board carrying out the disciplinary process is elected.
13. Justification: It refers to the field where the incident that caused the disciplinary penalty is written.
In the third step, after registration, the disciplinary actions taken against the employee are displayed by the employee on the ''Warnings'' page. To view the warnings created for the employee, you can view them on the Path:Intranet > MyPortal > HR Transactions > Warnings screen.

In the fourth step, click on the subject to defend. can be written.
