Deposit and Withdrawal
You can deposit money to the bank and withdraw money from the bank on Workcube.

Before deposit and withdrawal transactions There are some definitions to be made. These are grouped under 3 headings as transaction categories, safes and bank accounts.
- On the Control Panel > BPM > Transaction Categories page, go to the details of "Deposit" and "Withdrawal" transactions and check the accounting and budget transaction selection boxes. Thus, it enables the transaction to perform accounting and budget transactions.
- ERP > Finance-Accounting > Cash > Safes safe definitions need to be made. For detailed information, you can read the article titled "Cash Management".
- ERP > Finance-Accounting > Bank > Bank Accounts bank account definitions should be made. For detailed information, you can read the article "Defining Bank Accounts".
Deposit and Withdrawal Transaction
After the necessary definitions are made, deposits and withdrawals can be made. There are some details to perform deposit and withdrawal transactions;

- Transaction Type: Transaction type can be selected, as stated at the beginning of the article, if you make your transaction category definitions appropriately, you can perform the transaction. It is a mandatory field to be selected.
- Safe: You can select from the opened safes by defining them. This is a mandatory field.
- Bank/Account: The defined bank account can be selected. It is a mandatory field to be selected.
- Project: The project related to the transaction can be associated.
- Document Number: Document number can be entered.
- Date: The date of the transaction can be selected. This is a required field.
- Amount:The amount of the deposit or withdrawal can be entered. It is a mandatory field to enter.
- Foreign Currency Amount: Foreign currency amount can be added.
- Depositor: The person who deposits the money can be selected.
- Description: An explanation about this deposit or withdrawal transaction can be written if desired.
- Transaction Currency: Transaction currency selection is made. The foreign currency of the transaction must be compatible with the currency types of the cash and bank accounts!
- List: With this button, you can go to the list screen to view the withdrawal and deposit transactions.
- Save: After entering the transaction details, the transaction is completed by clicking the save button.
Note: There is also a branch option to choose from when withdrawing money compared to depositing.
Attention: The selection of deposit and withdrawal transactions is made according to the transaction, safe and bank accounts. After this process, accounting and budget transactions take place in the background accordingly.
Listing and Update of Deposit and Withdrawal Transactions
Listing by selecting Withdrawal or Deposit transactions as "Transaction Type" from the bank transactions filtering options. can be done.

In the basket field as a bank transaction in the list; There are details of the transaction under the headings of sequence, document number, date, recording date, transaction category, description, branch, project, from account to account, expense amount, expense currency, debit, debit currency, receivable, receivable currency. To view the details of the transaction, a selection is made under the transaction category heading in the basket area.

If desired, the list of these transactions can be opened as Google spreadsheet, Excel, Word and PDF with the help of the button at the top right of the bank transactions section. It is also possible to send this transaction list by e-mail and print it out.
To view the offset slip of your transaction, click on the button at the top right in the detail of the transaction.

Money withdrawn from the bank account is made through this business function and affects the bank account balances by recording the bank transactions.
