Sales Reports
There are 8 reports related to the Sales module in Workcube. With these reports, offers, visits, orders, profitability and analyzes related to invoices, quotas, delivery notes and orders can be reported.

In relation to the sales module in Workcube, offers are given, promotions are made, orders are received and sales are made in the system. As a result of all these processes and operations, the system creates enough data that can be analyzed. Reports are used to accurately measure and analyze this data. There are 8 standard reports specific to the sales module, and a total of 10 reports if we count the dashboard and sales map. Reports serve as a guide to increase sales.

Detailed Offer Report
In the system, sales offers are given by filling in various details and establishing relationships. Sales offers processed by giving these details can be received as a report according to many filter options with the "Detailed Offer Report".
Selections can be made according to product categories, customer, salesperson, supplier, customer representative, product manager, project, sales partner, product, brand, reference member.
At the same time, selections can be made according to customer value, relationship type, report type, target market, sector, special definitions, countries, provinces and sales region. can be done. The choices here come from parameters. For example, each company can define its own specific target markets into the system.
Offers that have been converted into orders or have not been converted into orders can be selected. Under Graphic Format, reports can be displayed graphically as radar, pie and bar.
Filtering can be done according to process - stage, member category, offer and validity dates. Finally, if you want the "VAT Included" and "Order Amount" details to appear in the report, the selection boxes should be checked.
After the report is run, the result will appear. If one of the graph options is selected, the graph is also included under the result.
Type: The more useful data is entered into Workcube, the more accurate the measurement can be made. For example, if the choices related to Customer Value are correctly selected and processed into the system from the very beginning, such a report can be categorized and reported according to customer values.

Detailed Visit Report
Visits can be reported by specifying the scope according to various filter options.
The report can be detailed according to branch, customer type, micro-region code, reason for visit, visitor, visit result, planned or unplanned, expenditure item, dates, expenditure range, province and district.
In addition to viewing the report, you can also record the visits in the result section by clicking the button at the end of the relevant line. is possible.

Quota and Sales Analysis
This report is used for quota analysis.
Report; Employee, micro-region code, sales team, transaction type, sales region, branch, member category, price list, months and period are selected.
Report type is selected. There are choices such as employee, sales region, branch, sales team, micro region, customer, product category, brand and member category. The report can also be received as a bar chart.
Invoice or order can be selected as the sales region. If desired, it is possible to obtain the report according to the system 2nd currency. So, for example, a report can be obtained based on both TL and USD.
There is a button on the far left of the line in the result section, by clicking on which the graph can be displayed on a line basis.

Sales Analysis Invoice
Thanks to this report, sales analysis is based on invoices.
Fields such as product, micro region code, supplier, product manager, customer representative can be selected as in previous reports.
Product group can be selected specific to the report. Selection can be made according to many options such as can be supplied or not, service, included in inventory and produced. It can also be selected according to product feature and variation. In this way, the scope of the report is narrowed and the report becomes more meaningful for institutions with data exceeding tens of thousands.
The order of the report; It can be determined according to turnover, net profit, amount, free promotions, products on sale, discount, VAT included, transaction in foreign currency, system second currency, profitability, recorded costs, location-based cost, losers, zero amount invoices. It is sufficient to check the relevant selection boxes.
Attention: Selecting the transaction type is mandatory to receive the report.

Sales Analysis Delivery note
This report is used if sales analysis is required based on the delivery note.
In addition to fields such as category and product manager, which are also available in other reports, selections such as shipping address, shipping method and warehouse can also be made for this report. In addition to the date range of the delivery note, reports can also be obtained according to the actual shipment date ranges.
Selection can also be made according to the report type and invoice movement. The selection of the report to be received varies with the report type. For example, if the "Document and Stock Based" report type is selected, options such as "Show Currency", "Show Project", "Show Spectrum" and "Show Reference Number" will also appear.
The report order is selected as turnover or amount. The report result can be detailed by selecting options such as "VAT Included", "Cost", "Transaction in Foreign Currency", and "Show USD".
Type: Let's not forget that reports can be received in many different combinations. For example; It is possible to get a report on the issued and invoiced delivery notes where person X, who is in the key supplier customer category, is the product manager.
