Worktips
Worktips is a help panel for Workcube users. It is a structure created for beginners and Workcube users to show what the pages do in Worktips mode, tips and things to pay attention to.

With Worktips, you can both ask and answer questions. In this way, we benefit both ourselves and other users.
Thanks to Worktips, we emphasize important points and take the ease of use of Workcube screens to higher levels.

You can access the information you need on the Worktips page, the written tips by searching the fuseaction or screen name of the screen and select the tips you want to edit.

When we click on the help panel without going to the Worktips page on the screen we are working on, we can access the tips written about the page.
The written tips can be viewed by clicking on the bulbs.
At the same time, if questions and answers are added to the page by clicking the plus icon on the help panel, they will be added with the correct fuseaction.

The question is a mandatory field on the page that opens when adding tips.
If the typed tips are a newly developed feature, it is indicated.
When we type tips on the page we are on, "Fuseaction" appears automatically. Correct fuseaction is important when you want to write tips on the Worktips page.
Attention:The most important thing when writing tips is to provide information with the correct "Fuseaction".
After the information for the tips is completed, the registration process is done.

Help Robot
Added/Edited Function:CRM > Service-Garanti > Call Center > Call Center Applications
What needs to be done for use: The application must come from the relevant page or the relevant fuseaction must be selected in the application detail.
Usage: Research to Reply button in the Help Robot function in the application detail. is clicked.
After the relevant wikis and tips are listed, the ones to be sent are selected. After clicking Write a Reply - Create Follow-up Note, the application will be returned.
Benefit:In this way, applications are responded to in a shorter time with detailed explanations.
