Invoice Closing Process
On the Workcube, Invoice Closing Process screen, open invoices for the relevant year are matched and closed.
Path: Control Panel > System > Maintenance > Invoice Closing Procedure
Attention: In order to close the paid invoices one by one rather than annually or to view the invoices of the current employee, please read our article titled "Invoice Closing Procedures".
The annual invoice closing process finds all open transactions that have not been closed in the system and the documents are closed until the balance to be closed is reached. In this way, there will be no unpaid invoices in the new period. It is important that invoice documents and payment documents are equal in accounting calculations at the end of the year.
Attention:It is always recommended to perform invoice closing transactions one by one.

5. Process, Process: Process selection is made. Note: You can read the Process-Workflow Management document to get detailed information about adding and editing processes.
