Payment Orders
After a payment request is made in Debit-Credit management, the creditor can send the payment order to the debtor. In addition to viewing payment orders on the system through this page, it is also possible to create bank instructions.

After the Payment Request process, payment orders can be made on the system. There are many details about creating a Payment Request. To access this information, the article titled "Payment Requests" should be read.
It is also possible to place a payment order directly from the Current Statement detail. The Current Statement is examined and as a result of the examination, the creditor issues a payment order to receive the amount due from the debtor, and then the way is opened for the bank to issue an order. For more information about the Current Statement page, the article titled "Current Statement" should be read.

Attention: For the Payment Order, the user must be authorized and the processes, parameters and templates of the payment order must be defined correctly. Making these definitions correctly directly affects the receipt of payment. Incomplete definitions slow down the process and make it difficult for the creditor to receive payment from the debtor.
Payment Orders List
Many filters can be made on the Payment Orders list screen. Thanks to these filters, the user manages all payment requests quickly and easily from a single screen.

- Stage: The stages are listed here according to the Payment Order process definitions. For example, the user can filter only payment orders that are at the "Registration" stage on the system as a result of this selection.
- Transaction Type:By selecting the transaction type, transactions such as Payment Request and Document Closing can be displayed in addition to the Payment Order.
- Bank Instruction: Payment orders, whether a bank instruction has been created or not. can be listed.
- Invoice Closing Status: It is possible to list the invoices as closed and unclosed.
- Bank Account: Search can be made by selecting those with or without a bank account on the system.
- Currency: According to the currencies defined on the system. selection can be made. Information about the currency in which the Payment Order is made is indicated in the basket field.
- Print: Selection can be made according to the templates defined on the system and the data can be printed, downloaded and also sent by e-mail.
- Add Payment Order: Click on the button here to make a new payment order. Detailed information will be given in the Payment Order Creation section.
- Current Account: A selection is made from the current accounts defined on the system. Thus, all payment orders associated with that current account can be listed.
- Transaction Date: Listing of payment orders in certain transaction date ranges is provided with the date filter here.
- Maturity Date: Payment orders according to maturity date ranges. can be listed.
- Recording Date:A list can be created according to the recording date of the payment order.
After clicking on the "Search" button, document number, document type, current account, standard IBAN, description, stage, request amount, order amount, invoice settlement amount, average in the basket field. Orders are listed in the basket area with details of maturity, recorder and recording date.
Attention: Blue and red colors show debit and credit in positive and negative values.
You can update these orders, print them and find them in the bank order. is possible.

Creating a Payment Order
To create a Payment Order, click on the "+" button on the list screen. Afterwards, we are presented with the filter screen to place the payment order.
On this screen, the Current Account, Project, Currency, Controller, Invoice Control, Maturity and Transaction Date, all invoices that have been closed or not.

After selecting the invoices to be placed in the payment order from the Transactions section, the Financial Summary can also be reviewed if desired. As a result of this review, a healthy order is created. At least the document amount, closed amount, requests and orders on the line under transactions must be examined.

When you reach the end of the page, the total of debits, credits and orders according to the invoices selected from Transactions is automatically displayed. To place a payment order by giving details about the order such as contract, order, description, order date, average maturity, process and payment method Click the "Submit Payment Order" button. is clicked.

After the order is placed, it is possible to update the order or give a payment order for this request.

Creating a Bank Instruction
After the Payment Order is placed, let's go back to the list screen. Let's find the payment order we have given here by searching with the help of filter options.
After making a selection in the line titled Bank Instruction, Transaction Type, Bank, Transaction and Payment Date are selected and "Create Bank Instruction" button is clicked. Thus, the bank instruction for the payment order is created.
Attention: The currency in which the payment order is issued must be the same as the bank account selected for the bank instruction!

You can use this bank instruction in ERP > Finance - Accounting > It is possible to view, review, create an instruction file and print it out via Bank > Bank Instructions . For more information, read the article titled "Bank Instructions".
