Complaint Categories Bulk Authorization
With the Complaint Categories Bulk authorization screen, all complaint categories connected to the Service-Warranty module are given to the employees in bulk.
Path: CRM > Service-Warranty > Call Center > Complaint Categories Bulk A selection is made between the categories defined when registering an application on the Authorization
CRM > Service-Garanti > Call Center > Call Center Applications page. You can define complaint categories as you wish according to your business. In order to take action in the Service-Warranty module, you must be authorized in the complaint categories. With the mass authorization screen, authorization for all categories for an employee is made on a single screen.

The user to be authorized is selected in the employee field. After the employee is selected, all complaint categories and stages defined according to the module are displayed. If desired, all category authorizations will be unlocked by selecting a certain stage of the category or by checking the Select All box.
