Workcube includes the Gantt chart, which is a very useful tool in project management. By using this tool, you can view the timeline of projects and jobs and get detailed information about their completion stages.
For detailed information about project management, you can review the "PMS - Project Management" document.
Note:You can go to the project-specific Gantt chart from the Gantt Chart option under the other option in the project detail tab menu. In this case, the number of the relevant project is found in the project id field.

- Filtering is done by entering the task name.
- It brings up the scheme on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. The distribution of tasks in these time intervals can be observed.
- Project filtering is done. Works under the same project can be observed in this way. You can review the "Projects" document for detailed information on the subject.
- Date range filtering is done.
- Filtering is done according to whether the tasks are active or passive. You can filter without separating with the "All" option.
- The time range in the table is detailed. The time interval is expanded with "+" and reduced with "-".
- The priority and attendants of the jobs are shown. The job appears blue if the priority is normal, red if it is immediate, brown if it is urgent, and black if it is crisis management.
- New job opens.
- You can go to the job detail screen by clicking on the task names. For detailed information on the subject, you can review the "Works" document.
- A sub-job is opened for the relevant task.
- The date range and completion percentage of the task are shown.
The interactions of the jobs with each other are shown as follows:

- Indicates the job to be started at the end of the job. If the planned start date of the next job falls before the start date of the finished job, this arrow will be colored red.
- It indicates other jobs that must be completed for the job to start. They are called dependency arrows.
- The completion level of the job can be changed via the Gantt chart. It is adjusted by pulling the small triangle symbol on the job left and right. The duration of the job can also be adjusted by pulling left and right from both ends.
- It connects the completion of two jobs. It is expressed in green. You cannot move on to the next job until two jobs are completed. It is called the dependency arrow.
- It shows the work to be started at the end of the job. If the planned start date of the next job is later than the start date of the finished job, this arrow will be colored blue.
Note: Completion levels and start-finish dates changed through the Gantt chart are not reflected in the detail of the job. The aim here is to make planning easier during project management. If the plans are to be put into action, necessary arrangements must be made in the job detail.
Attention: Dependency arrows are not recorded on the screen. They disappear when the screen is refreshed.
