Organizational Planning refers to the rational coordination of the activities of a certain number of people in order to divide labor in a business, determine functions, and cascade authority and responsibility. This is the section where the corporate organizational structure is defined. All information about the company or companies, the region, branch, location information of each company, departments and business groups of each location are all defined in the organization module. Companies, regions belonging to companies, branches belonging to regions are defined with all detailed information (address, phone number, sub-branches and departments, managers, information and numbers regulating relations with public institutions such as SSK, Ministry of Labor).

In order to perform operations in the Organization Planning module, you have authority in the module, processes and transaction categories.

Authorization Groups

Control Panel > System > Security > Authorization Groups

In order to perform operations in the Organization Planning module, the user must first have authority to the Organization Planning Module under HR in the Authorization Group to which he belongs. If the user needs to see reports related to Organizational Planning in Standard Reports outside the module, the Report Userbox should also be checked.
