Various discounts are provided for the customer with shopping coupons created under Promotion Management. Shopping coupons can be used for campaigns, events, shopping or training.

Coupon Creation

Shopping coupons can be used as a % discount or a direct amount discount. Coupons can be used in association with training and events other than shopping.

Active: The shopping coupon must be active in order to be used. Unused coupons are then deactivated.
Start and End Date: Coupon start and end dates are entered.
Coupon Name: The coupon createdis given a name. This coupon name appears on sites managed through Workcube.
Coupon Number: The coupon number comes automatically from the document numbers.
Barcode: A barcode number is given to the coupon. If the "+" button next to the barcode is clicked, the system automatically creates a barcode number.
Coupon Type: There are two types of coupon type selection.
1. Discount % - Discount Rate %: If the discount is selected as a percentage, there will be a discount based on the rate entered in the promotions to which this coupon is applied.
2. Amount - Coupon Amount: If the amount is selected, the amount of the discount amount and the currency in which it will be made are selected.
Amount: How many coupons will be determined according to the selected criteria. It creates a coupon for the amount written here and is listed with the same number in the Shopping Coupons list.
Beneficiary-Authority: The coupon owner is entered. The coupon owner can be selected from Corporate, Individual Accounts or CV bank.
Process-Transaction Category: A processual structure can be carried out for the coupon.
Area of Use: The areas where the coupon will be used are determined. It can be associated with an existing activity or training. With the shopping selection, the branch to be used by the coupon is selected.
Description: A description can be entered for the shopping coupon.
Used: After the coupon is used, it is deactivated by checking the used box.

Tip: Shopping coupons and campaigns work integratedly. A shopping coupon can be added with the same instructions from the campaign detail.

Coupon Listing

All coupons created with the shopping coupons listing page; It can be listed according to coupon number, coupon name, coupon type, discount percentage, coupon amount, start and end dates. Whether coupons are used or not can be reported with filters.

Hint: For coupons with multiple amounts entered, changes are made with the bulk update on the listing page.

Defining a Shopping Coupon to a Promotion

When defining a new promotion or adding this shopping coupon to an existing promotion can be defined. The shopping coupon created from the "Gains on Next Purchases" tab is defined for the promotion.
