An organization or position with the Workcube Organization Chart module; You can view and print it as a diagram according to options such as top-level unit, company, branch, department, manager.

Path: Diagrams > Organization Chart

According to the definitions we will make, two basic diagrams can be created on the Organization Chart page, these are; Organization and Position. First, let's take a look at the definitions we can make according to the "Organization" option.

Fields;

Type: Can be selected as Organization or Position. Filtering screens change according to these options.
Top Level Unit: The "Top Level Unit" defined on the companies is selected.
Company: Branch options that can be selected according to the selected company are also determined.
Branch: If desired, the department option can also be selected after the branch selection. can be selected
Department: If the department is selected, it appears in the diagram.
Manager: Manager 1 and Manager 2 can be selected according to the company definitions you have made.
Organization Date: The chart can be drawn according to date.
Selection Boxes: Position, Position Schema drawing can be detailed according to Type, Photo and Title options.
You can create your organizational chart according to the definitions you have made with the "Draw" button. You can print out this drawing with the button next to this button.

We saw the options that appeared when we selected the type as "Organization". Now let's look at the diagram we can create according to the "Position" type option.

Type: When selected as "Position", the "Organization Chart" options vary.
Company: Company selection is made.
Position: The position definitions you have made. It opens as a list. All employees under that position are selected to be displayed in the chart.
Loyalty: Can be selected as "Administrative" or "Functional".
Rung: Rank options can be changed according to many definitions, up and down.
Organization Date: Scheme by date
Selection Boxes: The diagram drawing can be detailed according to the Position, Position Type, Photo and Title options.
You can draw your organization chart according to the definitions you have made with the "Draw" button. You can print this drawing with the button next to this button.

Type: You can change the positions of the elements on the diagram you have created by drag-and-drop method.

Type 2:A new box is created by double-clicking on the element.

Type 3: When you click on the names of the elements, you can change their name for the diagram you are drawing. This change does not affect the master data.
