Killing Open Sessions
Closing the page via the browser does not indicate that the system is logged out. When closed in this way, users continue to remain active in the system. For a healthy structure, the user should exit directly from the screen. Can benefit from robotic tasks for users who do not log out. With the Robot for Killing Open Sessions, users active in the system can be logged out of the system at specified time intervals.
Path:System > System Management > General Settings > Robotic Tasks > Kill Open Sessions

- Robot: To run the report, the option to Kill Open Sessions, which is defined by default in the system, is selected.
- Related Company: It is selected for which companies the report will be run.
- Start-End: The report is repeated in the selected date range. It allows it to run automatically without the need to run it.
- Period: It is possible to choose in which periods the report will remove open users from the system within the selected date range.
- Run-Update: After the report is defined, the report is updated by updating the options if desired.
Attention: After the report definition, be sure to run it. It must be activated via the button. Otherwise, the report will not run automatically.
Attention: For the report to work, the report's fuseaction must be defined in the "free_actions" parameter in the system parameter settings. If the definition is not made, the report will not work.

The report will run automatically in specified periods and show the current number of users in the active user area marked with a red box in the image, allowing users outside the period to log out.
Feedback
When the page is closed from the browser the user is still visible inside, the user must log out of the system with exit. In this way, it is used to exclude users who are closed from the browser and appear to be active in the system.
