Add Receipt
Without relying on a non-standard source document such as invoice, expense receipt, money order, for example; If the current account will be debited but an invoice will not be issued, in this case, when a memo needs to be reflected, the debit/credit memo is recorded on the system with the add memo screen.

Add receipt, let's examine the relevant fields on the registration screen.

1. In the section;
Transaction Type, Current Account: In the Transaction Type field, the transaction type must be selected to provide information that the memo is a debit/credit memo. Attention: In order to select a Transaction Type, relevant definitions must be made in the BPM > Transaction Categories field. The current account to which the receipt will be reflected must be selected.
Document Number, Amount, Foreign Currency Amount: Document number is given automatically through the system, manual editing can be done. The debit/credit amount information to be reflected is entered. The system automatically calculates the foreign currency amount according to the exchange rate of that day according to the selected currency.
Transaction Date: The date on which the receipt is recorded is selected.
2. In the section;
Branch, Department: Branch and department for the current account are selected. These are not mandatory fields.
Project, Subscriber Number, Contract: If it is a reflection related to the project and subscriber, project and subscriber selection can be made. If there is a contract made to the debit/credit current account, the relevant contract is selected.
3. In the section;
Accounting Code, Cost Center, Expense Item: The accounting account to which the receipt will be reflected must be selected. The cost and expense center where the expense will be recorded must be selected.
Note: Accounting code, cost center, expense centers fields are mandatory. If selection is not made, the receipt cannot be recorded in the system.
Activity, Description: Activity type can be selected. If detailed information about the receipt will be given, it can be entered in the description section.
Go to the bulk receipt adding screen in the top menu.
Bulk Receipt Record Screen
It works in the same format as the receipt adding screen. In this screen, more than one debit/credit is reflected to a concubine or reflected to different current accounts.

The saved receipts are listed with the Current Transactions list screen and editing and control operations are performed.
