Payroll and Payroll Parameters
Wage information, which is one of the priorities in payroll and payroll operations, needs to be defined. Automatic five and current account types that are subject to salary calculation must be defined.
Attention: When defining the Payroll Flow Parameter, you must select the dates between which these rules are valid. required.
Wage Rules
To create wage rules, the first thing to follow is Path: HR-HR > Personnel-Payroll > Payroll Rules > Wage Rules oTo create it, the "+" icon should be clicked after selecting the relevant fields on the screen.
The purpose of use of this field is the main parameter where you determine the wage information and the payroll rules according to which your employees will work. These parameters define employees' base wages, ceiling wages, severance pay, SSI rates and tax brackets. If there is no wage information, it is not possible to create a payroll in the system.


- Start Date: Start date is selected.
- End Date: End date is selected.
- Base: Base wage is written.
- Ceiling: Ceiling wage is written.
- Minimum Gross Wage Normal: This is the field where the minimum wage is written.
- Minimum Gross Wage(16): Minimum wage is written.
- Severance Pay Ceiling: This is where the severance pay ceiling is written.


8. Start Date: The start date is selected.
9. End Date: The end date is selected.
10. Workers' Share: This is the section where the workers' share is written.

12. Subject: This is the area where the name is written.

14. Lower Limit: The lower limit amount is written.
15. Upper Limit: The upper limit amount is written.
16. Tax Rate: This is where tax rates are written.
17. Calculation Type: This is the field where the day/month type is selected.
18. 1st Degree: This is the section where the amount is written.
19. 2nd Degree: This is the section where the amount is written.

23. Monthly Coefficient: This is where the monthly coefficient is written.
24. Base Monthly Coefficient: This is the field where the base monthly coefficient is written.
25. Side Payment Coefficient: This is the section where the side payment coefficient is written.
26. Family Assistance Point: Family assistance points are written.
27. 1st Child Aid Point: Points are written.
28. 2nd Child Aid Point: Points are written.
29. Highest Civil Servant Salary: This is the field in which the highest civil servant salary is written.

Attention 2: Since the wage information fields are fixed, unless there is a change in the SSI system. should not be changed.
Attention 3: In businesses with more than one company, it is sufficient to make the relevant definition once. There is no need for a separate definition for each company.
Automatic Five Rates
To create automatic five rates, they must first be monitored. required Path: HR-HR > Personnel-Payroll > Payroll and Score > Click on the "+" icon after selecting the relevant fields on the screen to create Automatic Five Rates should be clicked.
The purpose of using this field is to create a fixed definition by selecting the starting and ending months along with the bes rates when defining the bet of your employees.

48. Bes Ratio: The I ratio is written.
49. Start: The start date is selected.
50. End: End date is selected.
Current Account Types
Creating current account types Path:HR-HR > Personnel-Payroll > Payroll and Payroll > Current Account Types oAfter selecting the relevant fields on the screen, click on the "+" icon. should be clicked.
The purpose of using this field is to select the current account types of your employees and which positions and which current types they will use.

51. Current Account Types Name: This is the field where the name is written.
52. Current Account Types: It is the selection of the type to which it will be linked.
53. Authorized Positions: This is the place where authorized positions are selected.
