Printers
Document definitions are made for multiple processes in Workcube. These documents are given system numbers. On the Printers screen, definitions are made by grouping document definitions and system numbers.

Note: Document number definitions are made for all users. If desired, definitions can be made via Control Panel > System > General Settings > Document Numbers. For detailed information, you can read our article titled "Documents and System Document Numbers".
Registration Screen

A group name can be given in the printer name field or it can be recorded by giving the name of the company.
A line with a plus icon. is added.
Company selection is made.
Series and numbers are given to the documents. Grouping is achieved by adding more than one user.
Attention: When adding an E-Invoice, if E-Invoice is used in the relevant client detail, the number you defined in the E-Invoice No field will appear.
The defined page numbers are used by the added persons. Note: For example, if one of the added users issues a sales invoice, STN 1 is used, if another user issues the next sales invoice, STN 2 is used and the numbers continue consecutively between the users.
Serial and Number are grouped and rotated among the added persons. Users not in the group receive the numbers defined on the Document Number screen. If there is no numbering in the document number field, it can be defined manually on the relevant page.
