Application Information screen is the screen where customers' company and license information are defined on Workcube. Thanks to this screen, communication is established between the user business and the Project and Support tracking portals provided by Workcube Center. Technical personnel, system administrators and key users who will be assigned to the business and Workcube are defined in accordance with the KVKK document.

Workcube can track information about subscribers thanks to the information entered on the Application Information screen. Necessary information about companies such as call records, customer contact information, project information can be accessed through the definitions on this screen.

Workcube Application Information Explanations

1. Workcube ID: It is the license number of the companies, it is the same as the subscriber ID. It is written in the license or LYKP document.

2. License Type: There are commercial, partner and development options. The commercial use option is for businesses. The Partner option is for use by authorized partners only. 7. Implementation Project ID:This is the project number of the projects defined by Workcube to businesses at the implementation stage.

8. Implementation Project Domain:This is the project domain information where the processes of the projects defined by Workcube during the implementation phase can be followed.

9. Support Project ID: It is the project number given to businesses by Workcube, where the support processes related to the live application can be tracked.

10. Support Project Domain:This is the project domain information defined by Workcube to businesses, where support processes related to the live application can be followed.

11. Technical Person Employee Titles: It refers to the Employee Names of technical personnel working in businesses in the Workcube application.

12. Technical Person IDs: These are the numbers of technical personnel registered in Workcube. IDs are obtained from Workcube. It is written by adding a comma between the IDs.

13. Technical Person Employee IDs: It refers to the Employee IDs of the technical personnel working in the business in the Workcube application. These IDs allow Workcube to enter system settings and make technical notifications.
