Mail List

- To transfer in Excel format, the document is prepared as specified and added with the select file. It is imported with the Save button.
- The name of the spreadsheet and the page to be used for transfer with Google Sheets should be "Maillist".
- By pressing the "Import from Google Sheets" button, the relevant Google account is selected and the relevant permissions are granted.
Those who do not become members in this way and leave a message on the mailing list will be used in subsequent campaigns. If desired, a separate target audience can be created for the Mailing List. To do this, when creating a new target audience, the “Mailing List” tab is selected and saved. In this way, new campaigns can be sent to people on the mailing list.
Feedback
If the site is managed through Workcube, links such as register or subscribe can be given on the site. Feedback from here is added to the mailing list. Since these incoming responses are independent of the Corporate/Individual Account, they are listed in the mailing list field.
GoogleSheets Import
Added/Edited Function:GoogleSheets URL has been added to the data transfer field on the CRM > Sales and Marketing > Marketing > Mail List page.
What needs to be done for use: The name of the spreadsheet and the page within it to be used for transfer with Google Sheets is changed to "Maillist", click on the Transfer from Google Sheets button, select the relevant google account and grant permissions. Data is transferred with Save.
Benefit:In this way, it is possible to transfer shared data in Google Docs, that is, data prepared by more than one person.
