Target Audiences
Target audience constitutes statistical information about who will buy the product to be marketed and for what purpose. In order to market and sell every product and service within the balance of supply and demand, the target audience must be determined. When determining target audiences, it is necessary to first consider who in the target market will purchase the product or service to be sold and for what reason. A general target audience can be created by using filters such as gender, age, education, position, and place of residence. Once the general target audience is determined on Workcube, you can later customize this audience with various parameters and filters. Campaign Object allows defining the target audience for the created campaign and the method of communication with the audience.

Target Audience Creation
There are 7 different target audience creation options on the target audience registration screen. For each selection, the creation screen and the criteria to be selected vary depending on the selection. Here, a single target audience is created according to the selection. More than one offer and opportunity cannot be created at the same time. A different target audience should be created for each selection.
- Active/Passive: The created target audience can be deactivated when it loses validity. In this way, only active pop-ups to select the target audience are displayed.
- Those whose e-mail addresses are full: It checks the e-mail addresses of the people selected in the target audience and saves only the defined people whose e-mail addresses are full.
- Those who have a mobile phone registration: It checks the mobile phone information of the selected people in the target audience and saves only the defined people whose e-mail addresses are full. This field is important if SMS will be sent.
- Title: Represents the name of the target audience. A title must be written for each target audience.
- Process:From this area, you can take your target audience to stages such as preparation/publication and follow them.
- Active / Passive: Determines whether the employees selected in the other target audience creation options, except the Mailing List and CV, will bring the active or passive ones.
- Mail: Creates the target audience according to the All/Requested/Unrequested options. For example; If the contact persons in the corporate account detail are marked "I do not want to receive e-mails", the selection of those who do not want to receive e-mails will be based on this selection.

- Target audiences created with Corporate, Individual, Opportunity and Offer Based, Mailing List and CV selections have the same logic. It works with . In creating a subscriber-based target audience, it is mandatory to select one of the Add Customer Representative, Sales Partner and Subscriber Team to Target Audience boxes. Target Audience Posting List
You can access the Target Audience Posting List from the target audience detail you have created, or you can also view the post list by clicking "Target Audience Name" on the listing screen.
- After the target audience is created, controls are provided with "Post List". If there is a missing or incorrect definition, corrections are made.
- Name Surname and Company columns come with links. When an edit is made by going to the link detail, it is reflected dynamically and there is no need to update the target audience again. Re-updating is only done when changes are made in the target audience selections.
- With the status field at the end of the line, the name/surname and department information can be updated directly on the page you are on.

Printing Labels for Target Audience Member List
With the print label icon next to the search button, it is possible to print labels as "Target Audience Member List" company address or member detail address. The label is printed by selecting the previously saved label.
Members in the posting list and their contact information are listed in groups.
Attention:Label templates displayed in this area are defined by authorized users on the Control Panel > System > General Settings > Label Printing Template page.
