Corporate Accounts
Provides the opportunity to see and manage all information about a corporate member together. Customer, supplier etc. It is used as the management center for business, communication and relations with all companies and institutions with which we have commercial relations.

1-BSC: Financial information related to the account can be accessed, such as invoices and orders, by selecting the date range. graphical representation of related transactions can be seen.
2-Member Information: Enters the page containing comprehensive and detailed information about the corporate member.
3-Risk and Operation Information: Risk and operation information comes depending on the member's buyer or seller checkbox. Working conditions for the member are defined in the relevant area. For example; Buying-Selling payment method, account limits, working price list and exchange rate, discount rates, etc.
4-Account Statement: Displays the current account statement from the beginning of the current fiscal year to the current date. (The system takes this information from the finance and accounting modules and displays it on the screen.)
5-Accounting Working Periods: Association is made with the accounting period and accounting account. If this definition is not made, when the member's financial transactions are attempted, a warning will be given that the member's accounting definitions have not been made.
This function is used especially for group companies. In WorkCube, customer or supplier information is recorded in a single place (Customer-Supplier) and made accessible to all group companies. In this way, entering different and incorrect records within a group for the same customer or supplier is prevented, and all companies are able to do business through a common information center. Access by group companies is possible by viewing the accounting period of that company in the detail of the member institution.
6-Guarantees: Letters of guarantee for the relationship with the member can be viewed and created.
7-Subscriber: Member's subscription information is displayed.
8-Competence: Competencies related to the member are recorded.
9-Meetings: All agenda entries created for the member can be viewed and new plans can be made.
10-Surveys: You can follow the surveys related to the member, the survey questions, whether the corporate member employees responded to the survey and what they answered.
11-Trainings Provided: Corporate If the account is an educational institution, the training options that the member can provide can be marked.
12-Corporate Member Employees: As a company, you can create a team that includes your employees who take an active role in the relations you establish with the corporate member.
13-Additional Information: Defined additional information about the member other than the existing parameters can be displayed.
14-Work. Stations: In case the corporate account performs subcontracted production for the company, information about the production stations in the member can be kept.
15-Add Employees to the Company: By adding more than one employee to the company, a team can be created to provide or receive services.
16-Add Corporate Member Team: The team that will deal with the member.
17-Add Address / Branch: More than one address or branch of the member can be added. Especially for customers with more than one branch in E-invoice taxpayers, "Alias" definitions must be made from the branch and branch details.
18-Workcube Data Service: It allows two independent Workcube user members to define the necessary information to access each other's systems.
19-History: Which users added or updated which information on which date.
The following operations can be performed with the help of the fields on the right side of the corporate member detail;
1-Financial Summary: Credit information (debt or credit from the beginning of the fiscal year to the current date) of the corporate member is included. This information is displayed in real time by the system in line with the transactions made regarding the member in the finance and accounting modules.
2-Corporate Member Team: This section is related to sales regions. Many people can look after the same concubine in a sales area.
3-Branch Relationship: Branch relationship is established in this field and authorized persons can see the currents in the relevant branch.
4-Notes: Special and warning notes can be added regarding the account. If you do not want this note to be viewed by other users in the system, the private box should be selected. If you want to see a warning note in any field where the corporate account is selected, the warning box must be selected. You can update the notes you added. To do this, simply click on the link of the relevant note. After making the changes/updates you want on the screen that opens, click the "Update" button.
5-Documents: You can add a document related to the member or associate it with an existing document in your digital archive. This document may be an agreement regarding the corporate member, financial situation or employment document of the member.
6-Content: To associate a content, you can click on the "search" icon or add a new content by clicking on the "+" icon. For example, when there is an announcement or content regarding a current account, you can associate it from this field.
7-Bank Accounts: Bank account information of the corporate member can be saved in this section for use in mutual commercial relations
8-Credit Cards: Credit card information of the corporate member can be saved in this section for use in mutual commercial relations. If Virtual POS is used with the subscription, the credit card must be defined.
Credit cards added for security purposes will be displayed with the card type, first three digits of the card number and expiration date information. In order to update, card number and CVV information are required to be re-entered.
9-Social Media: You can define the client's social media accounts from this field.
10-Corporate Member Information: You can define the member's barcode and QR code from this field.
11-Loyalty Card-Wallet: Loyalty cards are cards that businesses give to customers free of charge or for a small fee to encourage their customers to continue using their services. Loyalty card definition is made in this field.
12-Contact Persons:Employees of the companies with which we are affiliated as an institution are registered in the system from the member management page of that company. They are not registered as individual members.
Employee names registered with the company are listed on the member detail page along with Name, Surname, Branch, Department, Task and Contact information.
You can click on the employee name to access the information page of that employee. If the smiley face icon at the beginning of the employee's name is yellow, it indicates that that employee is currently online on the partner portal. You can send a quick message to the employee by clicking on this icon.
13-Addresses/Branches: Branches affiliated with the company are listed on the member detail page with Branch Name, District, City, Country and Contact, Region information. By clicking on the branch name, you can access the information page of that branch.
