Fixed Asset Fixed Asset Transfer
Assets used in the execution of your business's activities and whose benefits continue for more than one year constitute business fixed assets. These; They can be lands, buildings, facilities, machinery and equipment, vehicles, and fixtures and are called fixed assets. In order to perform transactions on fixed assets, fixed assets must be transferred to the system. This transfer is made through the Workcube import interface.

There is a format field on the right side of the opened page. Details of the mandatory information that must be included in the document are given.

- Format information is given.
- The relevant document is selected for transfer from your computer to the system with the "Select File" button.
- By clicking on the sample product file, details can be viewed on the sample document.
- When preparing the asset transfer file, the file format should be UTF-8. In the Depreciation method required field, you can specify your depreciation method as decreasing balance, fixed amount, accelerated decreasing balance and accelerated fixed value. For the fixture type, you can define it as inherited, recorded from the invoice, recorded from the stock receipt, or recorded from the delivery note.
By transferring according to this format, past fixtures can be added to the system.
Note: During the installation of Workcube, when a new transition is made, transferring the information of the fixtures with past invoices to the system is done with the Fixed Asset Import screen. The transferred fixed assets are displayed on the "Fixed Assets" screen.
Recommendation: You can read the "Fixed Assets" document to get detailed information. Control of fixed assets can be achieved through ERP > Finance Accounting > Fixed Assets > Fixed Assets.
You can also view your fixed assets one by one from the Fixed Asset Period Transfer Transactions screen. you can add.
