Branches
Branches are defined under companies according to the hierarchical system. The definition process is carried out via the Workcube, Branches screen.

Note: In order to create a branch, company definitions must be registered in the system. You can read our article titled "Companies" to get detailed information about company definition.
Branch Listing Screen

Branches are listed by selecting the relevant company and branch type in the filtering options on the listing screen. Control and editing is done with the pencil icon next to the relevant branch.
- With the SGK information icon, SGK information of the branches where SGK definitions are made are displayed. If not, relevant definitions are made on the screen that opens by clicking on the icon.
- When you click on the accounting codes icon, accounting code definitions are made in the same way when creating a branch. By clicking on the icon, you can view and edit the information.
- A new branch is created with the plus icon.
Branches-Map
When the "Show Branches on the Map" icon is clicked on the listing screen, the branches will be visible on the map, thanks to the information entered to show the branch on the internet and on the map while creating the branches. You can search by typing the name of the branch you want to view on the map in the Search section.

Let's examine the branch registration fields with the update screen.

Region: If there are branches in different regions of Türkiye or the world, there are some details when planning these branches. If regional reporting is desired when creating reports, a region selection must be made. Attention: Region definitions must be created before creating a branch. Branch Name, Branch Short Name, Manager: The name of the branch is entered. If the branch name is long in the system, especially in the payroll and reporting sections, it would be more appropriate to give it a short name. It can be given with the same name. The first and second managers of the branch are selected.
Hierarchy1/2, Special Code: A hierarchical system is created in organizational planning. Branches are connected to companies, departments are connected to branches. Apart from this, it is also possible to make special reports and create different hierarchies. Branch authorities are given to employees in the hierarchy and special code definitions authorization section. If a hierarchical or special code is entered, the codes here allow employees to be restricted even in the branch.
For example; If it is desired that only certain people and employees can be seen by someone authorized to the head office, then by defining the codes defined for the position types in the company and branch fields, when the same code is entered in the position and employee cards of the people, it is ensured that only the people with the same code can see the branches.

3. In the section;
Company: The choice of company is important. Which company the opened branch will be affiliated with, which company it will appear under in the organizational chart, and under what title it will appear are determined in this field. You can read our "Companies" article to get detailed information about the creation of companies.
Tax Office, Tax Number: If the branch has a separate tax office, relevant information is entered.
Exterior, Sketch, Address, Coordinates: If the created branch will be displayed on a website, this information is entered in this field. Width and height coordinates are entered to determine the location of the branch and to make it appear on the map.
The SSI Information and Accounting screen is available in the top menu.
Human Resources defines a branch as a location and a branch as a workplace. Workplace branch means SGK branch. There is no need for each branch on Workcube to be a SSI branch.
Attention: If the opened branch will be a SGK workplace, we must record the workplace numbers given by SGK in the SGK Information screen. In the payroll section, some branches will not appear under the e-account module. The reason for this is that the branch is used only as a location. It has no official employees.
