Human Resources Operations
Workforce Needs can be monitored by the Human Resources unit through Norm Staffing, or in case of a situation that is not within the plan, it can also be progressed through Personnel Request that managers can make through Self-Service Transactions > HR Transactions.
Norm Staffing
Path: HR > Planning > Norm Staff
The Human Resources unit can make the necessary planning for Norm Staff in line with the planning made depending on the workload of the departments throughout the year.

Your companies and branches affiliated to these companies are listed on the Norm Staff listing page.
When you click on the + icon on the right side of the branch where you want to create the Norm staff structure, the following screen appears.

Norm Positions are created on the basis of position type, and depending on the planning, the number of employees of this position type should be entered in the relevant department from January to December, depending on the workforce. At the same time, the average salary of the relevant position type can be entered in order to be able to report in terms of cost.
After filling in these fields, an annual report can be prepared for the workforce needs from the Norm Staff Shortages/Surpluses section.
Norm Staff Shortages/Surpluses
Based on the data entered in the Norm Staff field, the number of people working in the relevant position type is found in the system. Required/Existing/Difference is calculated.

If the personnel request is approved, the Recruitment Process is initiated by the Human Resources Unit.
