Import Transactions
Workcube Import Transactions refer to the area where data can be transferred to the system for modules such as Allowances, Deductions, Tax Exemptions, Overtime, Leave and Okes for the employees in your organization.
With this function of Workcube, it is possible to use it only by the employees you authorize.
Adding Import Transactions
Path: HR - HR > Personnel-Payroll > Payroll and Scorecard > Import Transactions page The transaction category to be transferred must be selected by clicking + on .


- Transaction Type: This field refers to the field where which transaction type to be processed is selected,
- Related Company: It refers to the field to select which company to import.
- Branch: It refers to the area where the import is selected for which branch,
- Document: It refers to selecting the import file to be uploaded and uploading it to the relevant area,
- Import: It refers to uploading the relevant file to the system after all the above steps are completed.

It refers to the place where the category of transaction in the transaction type field is selected. Here we have allowance, deduction, tax exemptions, overtime, leave and okes categories.- The sub-breakdowns of overtime import fields are as follows;
- Type 1-Used for Day-Based import,
- Type 2-Used for Uniform Day-Based import,
- Type 3-Used for Month-Based Total import.

Now let's look at how we import a file format;

- As the first step, we select the Process Type.
- In the next step we want to import We select our company .
- In our next step, we select our Branch that we want to import.
- In our next step, we select the Year/Month that we want to import.
- In our next step, we select We select the file (document) and upload it to the system.
- The phrase "Not to be displayed in the scorecard" means that the relevant import system is loaded, but it will not be taken into account.
- This stage refers to the format of the import file to be created.
Note 1: As a result of the operation created outside the import file format, the relevant import file gives an error. No action will be taken.
Note 2: Import file format should be "comma-separated UTF-8".
When we selected the fields whose data were entered into the system at the import stage, we saw the relevant data on the screen. Now, when we want to see the data entered in "Import", we can look at the import operations by listing them.

- Recording Date: The date when the relevant import file was uploaded to the system.
- "+" Icon: It indicates adding a new import file.
- File Icon: It indicates downloading the uploaded file to your computer.
- "-" Icon: It indicates deleting the uploaded import file from the system.

It is used to transfer transactions such as deductions, allowances, tax exemptions, leaves, and overtime to the system in bulk.
