Warranty and Product Tracking
Products with warranty and product tracking can be managed from a single screen. It is possible to perform warranty and product tracking for a product through this screen.
Path: CRM > Service - Warranty > Service > Warranty and Product Tracking
Attention: For Warranty and Product Tracking transactions, authorization is required in many modules such as processes, transactions, products and service. At the same time, the necessary product definitions and parameters must be made as a preliminary process.

Warranty and Product Tracking Listing
On the listing screen, products with warranty and serial number tracking can be listed, a new tracking record can be created and new transactions can be made by updating existing records.

- Product: All products defined in the system can be selected from the Products screen. As a result of this selection, product-based warranty and product tracking results can be listed.
- Warranty Categories: Selection can be made here according to the definitions made in the Warranty Categories parameter. Example: Repair, Spare Parts, etc.
- Document No: Filtering can be done by document number.
- Lot No: Filtering can be done by product lot number.
- Starting and Ending Date: According to the start and end dates of warranty and product tracking, products between these dates.
The Warranty and Product Tracking list includes serial number, product, purchase-sale warranty, purchase-sale warranty period and remaining warranty period based on days for each product. Some details can be viewed and operations can be performed in this basket area; - Serial Number: When the serial number associated with the product in the row is clicked, various serial number details can be viewed and operations can be performed. - Product: Many details about the product are included in summary form. Stock status, stock strategies, additional product information, related products and alternative product details can be viewed. Many operations can be done about this product with the help of the buttons on the top right.
- Add and Update: A new warranty and product tracking can be made for a product or an update can be made for the listed product. Let's talk about these two issues in the following headings.
Adding and Updating Warranty and Product Tracking
Warranty and product tracking for a product can be done using the serial number and lot number.

- Status: The warranty status of the product is selected as purchase or sale. Afterwards, the location of this product is selected.
- Method: It is selected whether this process will be done sequentially or one by one.
- Product: The product for which warranty and product tracking will be carried out should be selected.
Attention: The product you are transacting with should be selected. On the detail screen of the product, make sure that the "Following" option is selected for the "Serial No" and "Lot No" options. For more information, the article titled "Product Detail and Product General Parameters" should be read. - Quantity: The quantity of the product for which warranty and product tracking will be carried out is stated.
- Department - Location: Selection for the product according to department and location.
- Purchase Warranty Start: The warranty start date of product purchase is entered.
- Purchase Warranty Category: The purchase warranty category is selected according to the parameter setting.
- Sales Warranty Start: The warranty start date of product sales. is entered.
- Sales Warranty Category: Sales warranty category is selected according to the parameter setting.
- Extension of Period: This is entered for how long the extension will be made after the warranty date.
- Lot Number: lot number is entered. Thus, if lot number tracking is selected in the product detail, warranty and product tracking can be done with lot number.
- Product Serial Number: The serial number is entered so that warranty and product tracking can be done based on serial number. Serial number tracking should be selected in the product detail.
- Product Serial Numbers: More than one product serial number can be entered.
After the details are given, warranty and product tracking for the product By clicking the "Save" button.
Updating the product under warranty and product tracking can be done by going to the list. If desired, the details of this warranty certificate can be printed with the "Warranty Certificate Printing" template using the print button on the top right.

Adding Warranty Information from Product Details
Go to the relevant product detail by going to the Product and Stock > Products screen. go. From the options at the top right, select Other > Warranty Information. From here, warranty information for the product can be added by following processes similar to the warranty and product tracking page.
