With Workcube Promissory Note Transactions, you can store the bills received from your customers in the safe, give them to collection, send them to the bank for collection or give them to your suppliers by endorsing them for your debt payment transactions.

Note List Filtering Options

You can filter your bills according to many options on the bill transaction listing screen.

Transaction Type: For bill transactions, it can be filtered by selecting the desired transaction type.
Current Account: It can be filtered by selecting the bill belonging to the current account on which the transaction is made.
Bank Account: For bill transaction. Filtering can be done according to the selected bank account.
Branch: Filtering can be done according to the bank branch selected for the promissory note transaction.
Recorder: It can be filtered according to the user who performed the promissory note transaction.
Project: Promissory notes that have a project relationship can be filtered on a project basis.
Start/End Date: The payment made/to be made for the promissory note transaction can be filtered according to the date of collection transactions.
Collection/Payment Type: Filtering can be done according to the collection and payment method in the promissory note transaction.

Promissory Transactions List

After listing, the list of bills recorded on the system is displayed according to the selected filters. You can export the list of all these bills in Google Spreadsheets, Excel, PDF, Word formats by clicking the marked button on the screen, or share them by e-mail if you wish.

To print the bills one by one, click on the "Print" button corresponding to the bill in the basket area.

Attention: To use the Bill Transactions screens, Transaction On the Categories screen, "Transaction Type" definitions must be made for the relevant screens. For detailed information on the subject, you can read our article titled "Check/Note Transaction Categories".

Note Entry Payroll

Path: ERP > Finance - Accounting > Check - Promissory Note > Promissory Note Entry Payroll

On the bill entry slip adding screen, by clicking the "Add Bill" button, a pop-up will open where you can add the bill.

Note Number: The bill is numbered so that it can be tracked.

Accounting Account: The accounting account in which the bill will be processed is selected.

Payment Location: The payment transaction location of the bill is entered.

Debtor: The debtor's information on the promissory note is defined.

Special Code: If desired, a special code can be defined for tracking other than the bill number.

Transaction Currency: The amount and currency of the bill are entered.

Maturity: Maturity date for the bill.

After entering the information for the bill, click on Save and the relevant bill appears on the screen.

The entry process is completed by associating it with the Transaction Type, Payment Method, Physical Asset and the associated project, if any.

Attention: The Transaction currency in the Note and the currency in the Cashier must be the same. Otherwise, the system will give a "Recording Cannot Be Made" warning.

Attention: In order for the cash registers to appear on the bill entry slip page, "Note Received Accounting Code and Bill Issued Accounting Code" must be defined. Otherwise, the safes will not appear on the page.

Note Return Entry Slip

These are the bills in which the bills returned for collection purposes are returned to the safe.

Note Return Entry Payroll-Bank

The bill sent for collection or guarantee at the bank is returned to the cash register. are promissory notes.
