Curriculum
With the Workcube Training Management module, you can plan trainings for your employees, partners and even customers. The training program is prepared with the curriculum screen. The syllabus describes which subjects will be taught, in what order they will be taught, and how much emphasis will be given to a subject.
Path: LMS > Education > Learning Management > Curriculum
Attention: Before using the page Training Categories, Training Departments, information of customers and employees who will participate in the training should be recorded in the system. Definitions of Training Categories and Training Sections can be accessed via Control Panel> SYSTEM> Parameters> Training.
Training or training programs suitable for different features and positions can be created.
Note: Thanks to the curriculum created before the training, the institution that will provide the training systematically prepares the classrooms and course contents in advance. proceeds.
Listing Screen

On the listing screen, the relevant curricula are listed by using the filtering options.
Or by clicking the direct search button, the list of active curricula registered in the system is displayed.

Registration Screen


1. In the section;
Process, Subject: The stage of the teaching program is determined. Adding, updating and authorizing new processes are done from the processes screen. You can go to the relevant screen via Control Panel>BPM>>Processes. The subject of the program is determined, it is a mandatory field.
Category, Section; Categories and sections are selected as select, they cannot be entered manually. Before using the screen, the relevant parameters must be defined through parameters. (Training Categories, Training Departments)
Recommendation: Classifying the curricula with classification tools such as categories and departments will enable users to access the training they request more easily.
Purpose, Educator; A brief information can be given about the purpose of the training. The person providing the training is selected.
2. In the section;
Language, Form of Education; The language in which the education will be given is chosen. The form of training can, for example, be based on theoretical knowledge or in a practical way. For this purpose, the type of training is selected.
Training Type, Product; In the type of training, the training can be development-oriented or standard training, the choice is made. If training is given for a product, product selection is made. For example; If you want to give detailed information about the production stages of a product and marketing ideas, a training program can be created.
Duration, Total Hours, Estimated Cost; The day and total hours of the training are given. Education cost is entered.
A content for the curriculum is prepared or information about the progress of the curriculum is given in the content box.
3. In the section;
In the For Who box, the people who are wanted to participate in the training program, their positions and the company branch they are affiliated with are selected.
After filling in and saving these fields, the Contents section, Team, Images and Documents sections appear.
4. In this section;
Useful contents are created for teaching or training programs, and contents registered to the previously created system are added.
Recommendation 2: It is useful to read the contents to get detailed information about the training before, during or after the training.
By creating a team for training, the people in the team are added with the plus icon in the Team box.
An image and documents about the training. can be added.
Go to the Intranet-Curriculum screen from the top menu. All saved curricula can be viewed.
With the Woc screen, the curriculum can be downloaded as pdf and printed.
Feedback
It enables the preparation of the training program by specifying which subjects will be taught, in what order they will be given and how long a subject will be emphasized.
Curriculum - Contents
Added/Edited Function:
Category/Department-Type has been added to the Contents section on the LMS > Education > Education Management > Curriculum page. The recorder and updater was removed and the Author was added.
