Project Reports
There are seven reports in the standard reports associated with the Workcube PMS solution. Thanks to these reports, it is possible to analyze the situations related to the projects.

Projects are managed in the system with the Workcube Project Management module. Some situations related to these projects may need to be analyzed. To perform these analyses, the reports that come standard with the installation of the system can be used.
For example, in a project, it is desired to measure person-based effort expenditures. It is possible to use the Time Expenditure Report for this. In addition to this example, analysis of the costs incurred in the projects, which works had problems in the project, etc. Reports can be obtained on many topics.
Kanban
Kanban is a popular lean workflow management method for identifying, managing and improving jobs that provide information-related services. It helps visualize work, increase efficiency and continuous improvement. Work is represented on Kanban boards, allowing work delivery in multiple teams to be optimized and even the most complex projects to be managed in a single environment.

Project Summary Report
With this report, it is possible to report the projects in the system as income and expense. Project-based businesses can report the projects they manage according to the period, work group, dates, activity status and categories in which the project is located. It is possible to extract the resulting report from the system using methods such as Excel, PDF, Word, Google Sheet and send it as an e-mail.
When you go to the Project Summary Report from the project detail; The financial summary of the project, profit-loss graph, collection payments, cash balance, project duration and work summary are displayed.
- With the Financial Summary of the Project, you can see the results of all financial transactions related to the project, including progress payments and services received/given, sales, revenues, labor/material/goods sold costs, purchases, expenses and maintenance, and if you wish, you can also view the details of these transactions.
- With the Profit-Loss graph. You can view the profit and loss status of the project as a column chart. You can examine the profit and loss made with total sales and cost figures.
- With Collection Payments, you can follow up payments such as bank-cash-current transfer transactions, check-bill entry slips, credit card collections and guarantees.
- With Cash Balance, you can observe the collection-payment difference and ratio by seeing the total collection and total payment in the project.
- With the duration chart, you can follow the time foreseen and spent for the project. Time spent refers to the total time spent on work under the project.
- With the Job Summary, you can observe the status of the work under the project as a pie chart according to active/passive, categories and stages.
Attention: In the Project Summary Report field, the Time chart shows the total time expenditure of only the employees in the departments affiliated to their own branch, unless the employee is a senior HR officer.

Project Work Report
There are works under the projects. Project Work Report is used to analyze the status of these works.
Reports can be obtained based on project, officer, branch and department. If you want to include details related to category, stage and priority in these reports, the selection boxes must be ticked.
If the reports will be received as graphics, selection can be made as pie or bar. If the report is desired to be received on an employee or business partner basis rather than a graphic, this can be selected from the Report Type field.
It is also possible to receive this report between certain dates.
Example: If desired, an employee's performance in general projects can be analyzed. The employee is selected from the Officer field and the report is run by checking the stage selection box. In this way, it can be determined that the person has work at which stage in which project.

Project Materials and Requirements Report
The material and requirement status of the projects can be revealed with the help of this report.
After the project is selected, the report type is selected based on stock, supplier, brand, category, cumulative or cost. Listing options vary depending on these options. The report can be listed in types such as planning, internal requests, purchasing, etc. according to these options.
The report can also be listed according to certain dates and transaction types. At the same time, a report can be obtained according to these situations by selecting the options for products not included in the inventory and amounts with VAT.
After the report is prepared, the financial transactions and operations of the project can be examined by clicking on the tabs on the top right. Click on the box icon to go to the details of the project.

Project Report
It is possible to get a report of general projects with the detailed project report, as well as to get this report in detail with filters. By selecting a member or officer, reports can be obtained from these users in the system about the projects they are involved in.
At the same time, the report can be detailed by selecting the project category, phase, project city-district, cost/income center, project number, products related to the project, in order of priority, activity-passivity status and certain dates.

Collective Time Expenditure Report
With this report, time expenditure reports can be displayed based on company, branch and department. This report can be produced for the current month, last month and annually.
According to the report, the authorized user can determine and save the progress payment.

Time Expenditure Report
All time expenditures recorded in Workcube are made measurable thanks to this report. It is possible to obtain this report in dozens of different combinations.
Related time expenditures based on employee, current account, project, cost center, subscriber, service, service work and training can be revealed.
For further filtering, sorting can be done according to cost, duration or number of records, and the scope of the report can be narrowed according to company, department and branch.
If it is desired to diversify the report according to time expenditures and progress payment issues, overtime, Selection can be made according to report and activity types.
- Overtime types can be selected as; normal, overtime, weekend and public holiday.
- There are many selections for report type . Reports can be obtained according to employees, projects, cost centers, customer, subscriber, jobs, services, training, activity type, descriptions, departments, job and interaction categories. The options in the report change depending on the selection here.
- Activity types come according to the options defined from the parameters in the system.
Certain date ranges can be selected. Attention: The report can only receive 2-month wide reports.
If desired, the report can be received in graphic format, with radar, pie and bar types.
The "Day - Show Graph" option must be selected.
When the "Insert Those Related to Interaction" option is selected, interaction categories and special definition options, if any, can also be selected.
When the "Service Related People Come" option is selected, the time expenditures related to the service module appear in the report.
If an employee-based report is received when the report is published, the employee's name and time expenditures by days are included in the report.
