Special Reports
Special reports are reports created from scratch or obtained by customizing existing reports, according to the specific needs of a business that cannot be met with standard reports. These reports are designed according to the specific operational processes of the business, industry requirements or managerial analysis demands.
BI tools allow users to produce consolidated and high-performance reports using different data sources. It transforms big data into meaningful information. It not only supports various chart types such as column, bar, pie, area, line, radar for highly visual reports and analyses, but also allows you to print out these reports in PDF or other formats.
Custom Reports are reports prepared according to need. It can also be written and used with the help of Artificial Intelligence. Depending on the need, special reports can be converted into robotic tasks and run or send e-mails in the desired period.
The authorization setup detailed in Workcube is also valid for special reports. Authorizations are made in the Authorized Positions field in the report detail. If the user has Admin authority, he can view all reports.

Added Function: WAI feature has been added to the BI > Custom Reports business function. It was possible to print reports with Workcube AI, add the report to custom reports, and edit the added reports with the VSCode-based Monaco editor in Workcube.
Special Reports - New Areas
Added/Edited Function: Author / Partner ID, Author / Partner Name, Producer Code, License fields have been added to the Report > Custom Reports adding page.
