Health Detail Report

With the Health Expenditure screen, the employee can request health expenses for himself or his relatives.

A collective analysis of these requests can be made on the Health Detail Report screen.

Selections can be made in the coverage type and treatment areas. The selections here come from the parameters.

Contracted institutions, stage and document date selections can be made and the report is run. Income and analysis can be made for the selections made in the report filtering options.

Note: If all reports are run with the Get Excel box checked, the report is exported.

Health Invoices Control Report

After the health expenditure request is created and the request is approved, it is recorded in the system as a health expenditure voucher. Companies provide their employees and their relatives with the opportunity to make transactions within a limit for health expenses.

In order to issue a health expenditure invoice, the company first issues an invoice to the company and after this invoice is approved, it is recorded in the system as an expense voucher. The voucher is then converted into an invoice.

Attention: In order to convert the recorded health expenditure voucher into an invoice, go to the details of the voucher and click on the "Check Expenditure" button to go to the invoice registration screen and register.

Health Limit Report
