Individual Accounts
Individual Account Management is used to manage customers who are not affiliated with a specific institution and to whom individual sales are made. All communications, business, education, etc. related to Individual Accounts. personal information, offers, orders, credit card, bank account, account statement, etc. You can view and manage information together. You can define relatives associated with the Individual Account and define additional card holders in customer card applications.

The headings detailed in corporate accounts are also used in individual accounts for the same purposes. Customer-related information such as hobbies, education, company and position kept in the corporate account employee details can be directly defined from the individual account details. Individual account details are divided into 4 main sections;
Member General and Contact Information: In this field, the member's general information and contact information are checked.
Personal Information: You can enter the member's personal information such as education, gender, marital status, etc. in the personal information field.
Business Information: In this field, the member's job, sector, title, etc. You can define business information.
Sales Information: In this field, information such as the member's timeout period and whether he or she is a taxpayer is defined.
Other sections on the screen;
1-Potential: Newly established individual accounts that have not yet reached the point of making a commercial purchase are registered as potential.
2-Affiliate Member: Used to indicate members with whom the company has subsidiaries and partnerships. In the detailed member analysis report, accounts that are affiliated members can be listed with a separate filter.
3-Active: Active indicates that the account is an individual account that is followed regardless of whether it is a customer or potential customer. Individual accounts that are decided not to be used or defined incorrectly are made inactive.
4-BSC Report: Financial information regarding the individual account can be accessed, and by selecting the date range, graphical representation of account-related transactions such as invoice orders can be seen.
5-History: Information on which users added or updated which information on which date can be seen.
6-Member Emails: Member-related emails are displayed.
7-Warnings: If the stages to be approved and warned in the individual account process are determined, the information on which dates the users progressed the processes can be seen.
8-Hobby: This is the screen where hobbies belonging to the individual account are checked.
9-Competence: Competencies related to the individual account are recorded. section.
10-Meetings: All calendar entries created for the individual account can be viewed and new plans can be made.
11-Surveys: You can follow the surveys related to the individual account, the survey questions, whether or not they responded to the survey and if so, what they answered.
12-Additional Information: With the member Defined additional information other than the relevant existing parameters can be displayed.
13-Accounting Working Periods: Association is made with the accounting period and accounting account. If this definition is not made, when the member's financial transactions are attempted to be processed, a warning will be given that the member's accounting definitions have not been made.
This function is used especially for group companies. In Workcube, customer or supplier information is recorded in a single place (Customer-Supplier) and made accessible to all group companies. In this way, entering different and incorrect records within a group for the same customer or supplier is prevented, and all companies are able to do business through a common information center. Access by group companies is possible by viewing the accounting period of that company in the member institution detail.
14-Guarantees: Letters of guarantee related to the individual account can be viewed and created.
15-Account Statement: Displays the account statement from the beginning of the current fiscal year to the current date. (The system takes this information from the finance and accounting modules and displays it on the screen.)
16-Risk and Working Information: Working conditions related to the individual account are defined in the relevant field. For example; Buying-Selling payment method, account limits, working price list, exchange rate, discount rates, etc.
17-Add Other Address: Different addresses can be added from this field. The added addresses appear in the Other Addresses field in the detail.
18-Systems: Brings the member's subscription information.
19-Member Information: Accesses the page containing comprehensive and detailed information about the individual account.
20-Trainings Provided: The individual account is a trainer. If so, the training options it can provide can be marked.
The following operations are performed with the help of the fields on the right side of the page;
Photo: A photo of the member can be added.
Financial Summary: Contains credit information for the individual account (debit or credit from the beginning of the fiscal year to the current date). This information is displayed in real time by the system in line with the transactions made regarding the member in the finance and accounting modules.
Individual Member Team: In this section, the team of the individual account, if any, is defined.
Branch Relationship: From this field, the branch relationship is established and authorized people can see the members in the relevant branch.
Notes: Special and warning notes can be added regarding the account. If you do not want this note to be viewed by other users in the system, the private box should be selected. If you want to see a warning note in any field where the individual account is selected, the warning box must be selected. You can update the notes you added. To do this, simply click on the link of the relevant note. After making the changes/updates you want on the screen that opens, click the "Update" button.
Documents: You can add a document related to the individual account or associate it with an existing document in your digital archive. This document may be an agreement regarding the corporate member, financial situation or employment document of the member.
Bank Accounts: Bank account information of the individual member can be recorded in this section for use in mutual commercial relations
Credit Cards:Credit card information of the individual member can be recorded in this section for use in mutual commercial relations. If Virtual POS is used with the subscription, the credit card must be defined.
Credit cards added for security purposes will be displayed with the card type, first three digits of the card number and expiration date information. In order to update, card number and CVV information is required to be re-entered.
Analysis: Analysis related to the member is displayed.
Site Access Rights: Site access to the member can be defined and the access defined here is controlled.
Associated Institutions: Institutions with which the member is associated.
Loyalty Card-Wallet: Loyalty cards are cards that businesses give to customers free of charge or for a small fee to encourage their customers to continue using their services. Loyalty card definition is made in this field.
Individual Member Relationship: The relationship type can be defined by associating it with another member.
