DBS Transfer
Direct Sales System (DBS) was developed to guarantee the prices of the products sold to the dealers of local and national companies with many dealers. With this method, the credit limits defined by the bank for the dealer come into play. In other words, the seller collects the invoice amount directly from the bank after selling the product. The bank makes this payment from the credit limits it has defined in the account of the dealer it will receive.

With DBS, customers' limits are processed into the system, minimizing the risk of financial work. In the Direct Debit System; The bank to which we send the debt file evaluates the overdue payments in line with the customer limits, collects them and then sends a collection file. The work is prepared in notepad and the file is saved with the txt extension. The most important point to consider when entering fields is the file pattern. In some patterns, line-based distinctions are made. For example; such as which line in the file should start and end. Since this information will be requested from the bank, when the limit file is requested from the bank, it must be ensured that it sends it in accordance with Workcube standards.
