Norm Staff
You can create a standard staff by planning the number of employees you will have in your organizational structure, and decide on actions such as recruitment or internal rotation by comparing the planned number of employees with the current number of employees. With this function, you can view the planned number of employees for the units, the current number of employees, and the planned salaries and salaries defined for the employee on the same screen.
A list of branches will appear before you. Only the branches where you are authorized to make transactions are listed in this list. Branch authorities are defined on the position detail page. From the Norm Staffing screen, standard staffing can be made for different position types in different departments of the branch.
Click on the "+" icon at the end of the Company, Region, Branch line where you will define the standard staff.
- Department: Select departments affiliated with the branch you selected.
- Position Type: Select position types.
- Avg. Salary: In the Average salary field, enter the average of the salaries paid for this position type, without any spaces or signs between the numbers.
- Currency: Select the currency related to the salary from this field.
- Enter how many employees you plan to employ in that position type in that department of that branch for each month in the fields shown.
Repeat the same process for each department and position type. Then click on the "Save" button. If you press the save button, the defined norm staff plan will be listed on the norm staff screen. Click on the name of the Branch to view the norm staff structure determined for the position type.
You can update the defined norm staff information from the Norm Staffs screen and view planned/current status information, and you can view the required/existing number of employees and the difference of these numbers on a Company / Branch / Department basis from the Norm Staff Deficiencies/Surpluses screen. You can find detailed information about Norm Staff Shortages/Surpluses from the related contents on the right.
NOTE:When the position type or department of the employee in this position type changes, the number of employees and wages decrease by the salary specified in the employee/employees card, starting from the date the position type or department is changed.
