Customer - Supplier Reports
With the Customer - Supplier module in Workcube, customers, prospective customers, suppliers, partners and even competitors can be recorded in detail in the system. When the number of these accounts reaches serious figures, a detailed, fast and effective reporting tool is needed. This need is met by the standard reports that come ready with the installation.

Basically, there are 3 reports related to the Customer - Supplier module. Two of them are standard reports that will be mentioned in this article, and the third is the Member Management Dashboard page.

Let's examine these two reports now.
Detailed Member Analysis. Report
Corporate, individual and contact persons can be examined in separate categories according to certain selections.
Selections are made according to process stage, member type, customer value, task / position, sector, sales region, affiliated member, branch relationship, relationship type, member status, employee status and logo status. For example, When it is desired to report accounts with "A+" customer value, the selection is made from the customer value field.
By selecting corporate, individual or individuals with the report type option, the report enables the reporting of accounts opened under the relevant function.
Selections can be made according to country, province and district. At the same time, those using E-Invoice and E-Archive can also be filtered in the report.
Accounts can be categorized and reported according to sales and purchase payment method information.
Representative, reference member, current account and account registrant can be selected.
All accounts that have been subjected to any member analysis form in the Analyzes area can be reported here. For example Let's assume that a member analysis form called "Market Research Survey" has been created. It is possible to report the accounts that fill out this form here.
Selections are made according to the account category and a report is prepared in line with these selections.
The titles of the report are created according to the categories selected from the list category field. Attention: It is mandatory to select the List Category field.
It is possible to make selections according to the company, micro region code, additional information and registration - membership start dates.
The last three options of the report are the options of bringing those who do not want to receive e-mail - SMS and having the member team come. Report filters are completed according to these selections.
By clicking the "Run" button, the desired report is obtained.
Options in the fields vary depending on the main data of each company. Selection is made according to parametric definitions made in accordance with the company management. For example, since a company sells in Europe, it adds the relevant countries to its system as sales regions, so those countries are included as options in this report. However, a company that sells only domestically does not need to be included in the European system as a sales region option.

Member Accounting Codes
If the accounting codes of the members in the system are desired to be listed, this report is used.
Listing can be done based on current accounts, as well as listings according to member categories. Some of the members may have been inactive, if only active accounts are wanted to be displayed, the selection should be made.
The accounting codes of some accounts may be undefined, if they are not wanted to appear in the report, the selection should be made.

Type: If the data related to this module is desired to be analyzed in a different way, it is possible to develop a special report. This development request must be shared with the Workcube head office. The appointed Workcube Expert will develop this special report for the institution.
Feedback
Enables detailed reporting of Customers, Suppliers or Potential members. It enables analysis to be made depending on the Corporate/Individual Accounts included within, or to obtain details such as whether the created analysis/survey forms have been filled out.
